As a seller.So disappointed with the service. Communication is key. Not happened after viewing apart from can't get hold of the viewers.After sales service nothing apart from 'I'm xxx I'll be taking it from here'. Try speaking to xxx, they will always be in a meeting. Selling a house is stressful, and you expect the people who do this day in out to guide you. Don't rely on these guys to help you.

Even the smoothest property sale can be incredibly stressful combined with the usual day to day pressures of life.Both properties involved are progressing through the process in under the national average time, and on track to complete within 16 weeks. This is particularly positive given that one of the properties is leasehold and part of a chain involving two other properties, which typically adds complexity and time to the process.It's important to clarify that once an offer is accepted, your solicitors take the lead in managing the sale through to exchange and completion. While we are always here to offer advice and support, the responsibility for driving the process forward lies primarily with both yours and your buyers' solicitors. Our influence over the solicitors in a chain is limited, though we are committed to assisting wherever possible to ensure a smooth transaction. We have been in consistent communication with you throughout the process and responded in a reasonable timeframe to all calls and emails and therefore we fundamentally disagree with the points you have raised. Do not trust this company. Their promises come to nothing. Their after sales services are shocking from their ridiculous automated email system which does not relate to anything that has been agreed to. The person that is supposed to be dealing with the sale is constantly in a meeting which either means they do nothing else or is screening customer calls. The later is most likely. Their call screener is quite proficient in their job by the way.
