We are due to complete our house purchase tomorrow and during the process we have been looked after by Alice in the Property Care Team (Witney Branch).Alice has been fantastic and the saving grace of our experience. The Property Care Team were always super easy to get in contact with, and if we reached out to Alice with any concerns or questions, she would be on the phone in minutes with a plan of action to resolve whatever issue cropped up. She was so proactive in contacting us and our solicitor to keep things running smoothly.
