GoogleI feel I was completely discriminated against for having disability i was able to provide a garantour and it still wasn't enough. these people in the office are mercenary and landlords dont have to really provide a reason
Hi James, We’re really sorry to hear how disappointed you felt, we completely understand how frustrating this must have been after the time and effort you put into your applications. We put your application forward and spoke with the landlords to support it, however the final decision always sits with them and unfortunately they chose to proceed in a different application. While we do everything we can to present applicants positively, we do have very limited control over that outcome. We’re really pleased to hear you’ve now found somewhere and wish you all the best in your new home. Kind Regards, Phil Kendall
