Taylor was incredibly bubbly and helpful, the knew a lot about the area (what kind of people lives locally, what were the local shops, etc). She gave a lot of information about the property and remained professional but friendly the whole time.

Wasn’t particularly easy to book viewing online but went well on the day, Claire was punctual, polite and helpful, wasn’t in possession of all the information that I needed about the property but was able to tell me how to get in contact with landlord via their website to ask these questions. Property not quite right for me but I’d use the agency again
