GoogleGenuinely surprised with the level of integrity and character shown by Martin, I've worked with many agencies and sales departments previously but none with as much personal touch, experience and understanding of property as when dealing with Martin. Kudo's to Fyfe Mcdade!

GoogleAWFUL AGENCY - INCOMPETENT & UNCOOPERATIVE I had an awful experience renting a property with this agency in London, particularly with the Shoreditch office. Firstly they never fixed some issues that we kept reporting (I even got electrocuted by the stove ignition!!). We had agreed that the microwave needed to be fixed upon signing the contract and they never did it - for the whole year... Secondly when we decided to leave the property and it went back on the market, they had constant viewings, letting us know only a few hours before and one of their agents even used the spare key set to get into the house unannounced and without my authorisation!!! Huge violation of privacy. By the end of the tenancy we were exhausted and felt abandoned by the agency that was supposed to care for us. To top it all off it took them almost 2 months to return our deposit!!! I had to constantly chase and beg for updates. It felt like they were doing it on purpose...A nightmare. Uncooperative, rude and utterly useless when it came to care for the property for which we payed a lot!!! I wouldn't recommend renting any property with them

GoogleWorking with George Sarantis to find our new warehouse was amazing. We have dealt with many people for our 3 locations however, George really stood apart. He dealt with everything in a very fast manner and was committed to getting the right deal for all parties. We would thoroughly recommend working with him and we plan to open 6 more sites over the next 2 years so will strive to work with him when possible.

GoogleI cannot recommend Fyfe Mcdade enough. Thorough research and excellent advice on pricing to start with, followed by fantastic management of viewings and offers made, and an overall commitment 24/7 to answer queries when needed. Adrian and Martin were absolutely brilliant to deal with, and the whole team at Fyfe McDade were really lovely and supportive, which made the sale process very smooth. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. Thank you ever so much once more!

GoogleI have used the Bloomsbury office for many years in terms of rental and sale. Alex and his team have been superb and I highly recommend them as a past landlord. Alex even attended the flat over a weekend when there was a leak. Any company will have issues that could have been dealt with better but I would use them above the others in the area because they will answer calls and messages and don't hide behind a switchboard that is only accessible at certain times.

GoogleDo not under any circumstances use Fyfe McDade for property/block management. They have been managing our block for a year and have proven themselves to be completely incompetent. They are unresponsive to resident requests, issues are left unresolved for weeks and are incredibly unhelpful when it comes to general communication and block management. Avoid!

GoogleWe had an excellent experience working with Adrian. He was immensely helpful and responsive throughout the purchase, and did his best to move the needle. Also, he was very patient with all of our questions as first time buyers in the UK. Could not have done it without him :). Would highly recommend!

GoogleI recently engaged with the very friendly and knowledgeable staff at Fyfe McDade. They took time to understand the nature of my enquiry, I didn’t feel uncomfortable, and I liked that the atmosphere was very relaxed and no one wore suits! Refreshing from an estate agency. Alex took the time to go through several properties in their portfolio, understood my needs in wanting to be around N1C or WC1. The team went above and beyond, also having a 15 minutes discussion about market conditions, forthcoming elections, what the Bank of England might be up to and even a bit of Bloomsbury history… Recommended.

GoogleGreat experience with Adrian. I was a first time buyer, and found my flat when I was 7 months pregnant. Adrian was just the most helpful and resourceful agent throughout. He recommended great surveyor and solicitor, and liasoned with a seller who wasn’t particularly responsive or on top of it for some reason. There were a couple hiccups in the process which Adrian smoothed out promptly and he even arranged a short term rental for me when the paperwork took longer than expected and I was about to be homeless with my newborn. I could not have asked for a better agent. He also always responded very promptly, even way quicker than my own solicitor lol, and always found a way to reassure me when I was going through the ups and downs of the process. I’ve moved into the flat now and I am just so happy with it, it’s a great home for us.

GoogleI recently purchased my first home with Fyfe McDade, and I can confidently say that they were an absolute pleasure to work with. The whole process was extremely smooth; from arranging a next-day viewing for the property as it was advertised to constant support and communication throughout the offer and soliciting process, the overall purchase development could not have gone better. Adrian Cheng, the agent for the property that I was after, was always on it; he wasted no time in replying to any of my questions, always kept me in the loop on how the process was going, and was always willing to help and work through any issues encountered. The original completion date was met and respected. Even after finding a few issues after completion, Adrian was extremely helpful in getting them sorted. There were never any communication issues and I was constantly informed of any relevant developments from the seller's and estate agent's side. And on top of that, he was an extremely cool guy! If I ever want to purchase or rent another property, it is safe to say that I will be using Fyfe McDade's services again.

GoogleAwesome experience with George. It was our first time renting an office and George was extremely helpful. He showed us multiple locations and was patient in helping us find the right space for us. He also helped guide us through the process and kept us informed at every stage. He even called to check on how we were settling in! Couldn't recommend highly enough :D
