GoogleCompletely satisfied with the services of Fyfe McDade, and one of their agents, George. They helped me find a commercial property (lease) for our new company in Hoxton/Shoreditch, and assisted us all along the way with prompt responses, well organised viewings and plenty of information made available. Would highly recommend them, they are no nonsense, efficient and friendly team.

Thanks to them, we managed to exchange within 6 weeks on our sale and purchase. They are really not your average estate agents. They are a seriously well-oiled machine who go way above and beyond to get the job done. A breath of fresh air compared to most agents that we have come across. A shop in Penton Streer Islington was advertised in Fyfe Mcdade for rent. From the start of negotiation to signing of the lease, the estate agent, Mr George,. helped us all the way through and we are extremely happy to have secured the lease and soon will be the location of Asian UK Spa and confinement service. Fantastic service. I fully recommend Fyde Mcdade.

GoogleRented a flat through Connor. He provided great service and advice throughout the check in and contract signing process. All queries were followed up promptly. Can't say the same about getting defects reported though. Make sure you get written/photographic proof of any defects. Don't trust the agents' words as 'good enough'.

GoogleMany of the facilities in the rented house are old and easy to break. It was reported to the staff, and the time from reply to repair was up to one month. If they can't fix it properly, there will be no follow-up. For example, the toilet water tank in the house broke for half a year. I kept contacting the staff, and they didn't fix it three times. The staff often do not reply to emails, and the promised response time is 100% extended, such as the deposit refund procedure. One month after I returned the lease, there is still no update. After I sent emails many times, there was no reply until I directly went over theagency to call the landlord. The staff promised to update me in three days, but the fact is that they did not. This has happened many times. This is the worst rental experience I have ever had in the UK.

GoogleFyfe McDade have been my agents since September 2018. They are an excellent team. Special thanks is in order to Joey who has helped with the search of new tenants when needed. Has gone above and beyond on a number of occasions often working longer hours to get things actioned for my specific timeframes. Joey has always been very honest regarding current market conditions. Organised thorough “screenings” for prospective tenants to my property and often given me a short list to choose from within the criteria I required. The head of the office Alex has always responded immediately to any queries and has offered good and relevant advice in the ever-changing role and regulations that need to be covered by Landlords. Whenever extra help has been required for example an inventory check-out (that I could not attend) or other services needed such as cleaners, electrician etc the Fyfe McDade team have always been quick to respond to my emails with excellent contacts/people to deal with the situation for my tenants quickly and efficiently.

Andriena who has been our agent from the firm during this process is the best agent we have ever come across and we have come across a few since our previous purchase and our current sale and purchase. Her perseverance and patience and positive 'let's get this done' attitude has made us feel comforted about the sale process, which, let's be honest, is not always absent of frustration. She has the ability to be empathetic while also focusing on the facts and on finding the solutions to resolve things. She lent a listening ear to our concerns and always considered our situation (we were pregnant when we met and now we have a 5 month old). She was always been proactive and on top of everything related to our account. In this world where we are constantly chasing people for a response and/or to get things done, this was extremely refreshing. At every point we felt that our sale was of utmost importance to her, just as it was for us.

GoogleOverall Extremely Good. The experience was challenging since we were attempting to rent a unit from overseas sight unseen and were unfamiliar with how things are done in the UK. Connor Brill was extremely professional, pleasant and helpful throughout this process and actually provided direction and information outside of his realm of responsibility going above and beyond. Most notably, he negotiated a lower rental price which was amazing. I do feel that the rental screening company employed by Fyfe McDade did not do an adequate job in researching the finances available to rent the unit. They actually did not request any financial documentation whatsoever which I found perplexing. Had they asked for financial information, I've no doubt we would have been able to secure the flat with a payment of six months in advance as anticipated rather than the entire year. The bottom line is that Connor found a perfect flat and worked beautifully with us to make it happen. It was a pleasure working with him.

GoogleI've had a very smooth interaction with Connor from their Bloomsbury office all along the process, from the property search to the move in. It can be a stressful time to move places in London and these guys really made our lives easier by being super responsive even over end-of-year times. It gives a good feeling to know that they will be managing the flat during my lease. I would totally recommend them if you're planning to move in their area of expertise.

GoogleFyfe McDade were my managing agents and then acted for me during the sale of the flat, so I have worked with them for several years. It’s a lovely friendly office. I have always felt that I was a person, not a number. They balance the interests of tenants and landlords very fairly and are excellent intermediaries. I was kept informed about issues with the flat, but good advice was provided when needed. When it came to selling, Fyfe McDade really went the extra mile. The head of office Alex worked his socks off to find a buyer in a difficult market. He always kept me fully informed. He intervened positively when necessary. I found it a genuine pleasure to have him as my estate agent as he doesn’t have any of the clichéd characteristics that people associate with estate agents. He’s a straight talker, very honest and realistic. He works very hard, answering queries at all hours and has a very nice personality, good sense of humour and intelligence that make selling a property a (relatively) pain-free experience.
