GoogleAdrian was excellent to work with from start to finish, for the sale of our property. He gave helpful advice and consistently kept us in the loop throughout the process, keeping everything in sync across buyer and solicitor. It was a pleasure to work with him and we'd happily work with Fyfe Mcdade again.

GoogleAdrian was fantastic in getting the sale of our flat over the line. Not easy to sell a one bedder these days. Two other estate agents failed miserably. Not Adrian. He stayed calm but focused on the goal throughout. Highly recommend!

I telephoned the company through RightMove in order to try to arrange a viewing of a property, Walker House. I was so disappointed by the person I spoke to, Martin. Having appeared to try to build up some rapport with me, Martin then stated that he didn’t think I was going to buy the property, saying “you’re just browsing” and hung up on me. I was honest with Martin, sharing that I was looking around to see properties in a few areas at this time. I wish that I had NOT been this honest with him. Estate agents are in a position to help people find a home. I understand that people are busy and may need to prioritise, but presuming things, making assumptions and hanging up on potential buyers is beyond awful. Aside from a business point of view, on a purely human level, it’s incredibly rude and unkind. Surely, a compromise could have been reached. For example, offering to show me the flat when someone else was viewing it, or on a day when he knew he would be very close by to taking up too much of his time. Looking around is a part of the process of buying. Getting a feel for a place in person is necessary, and looking in different areas is allowed. I’m sorry that Martin did not have the capacity to empathise with the buyers experience. Maybe I caught him on a bad day.

GoogleWe had been searching for a long time for the right shop in a great area, so when we finally found this one and sent a viewing request, we were very lucky to be put in touch with George and Qube. They were both incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely very friendly throughout the whole process. Working with them was truly the best experience we could have asked for. GoogleI had a really positive experience working with Martin when purchasing my flat through Fyfe McDade. The process was complex and time-consuming with planning and refurbishment issues. It also required 3rd party advice. Despite all this, Martin was always responsive, friendly, and constructive and I genuinely felt he had my best interests at heart. His support made a challenging transaction a whole lot smoother. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Martin and the team.

GoogleI Cannot recommend George and the team at Fyfe Mcdade highly enough. We have just completed on a commercial least which was dragged out by solicitors for a long time. Throughout the process George was an invaluable asset to us. He responded promptly to all communications and was an anchor point for all communications between us the landlord and solicitors. No ask was too big, He always kept me in the loop and even when I was feeling a bit anxious about how slow solicitors were moving George helped me chase them and with out him I don’t think this deal would have got done. Even when I went in to pick up the keys the team in the office were friendly and welcoming. Good service is hard to find especially since Covid times, so when someone like George comes along you really appreciate it. Thank-you for everything you have done for us from the team at Parea London.

GoogleI cannot recommend Fyfe Mcdade highly enough. I had a particularly challenging experience with mortgage lenders, but throughout the entire process, I received attentive support. Adrian was fantastic every step of the way, even going the extra mile by checking in while on annual leave. Once again, I cannot recommend Fyfe Mcdade enough.
