GoogleWe had a fantastic experience working with Drew at Fyfe Mcdade. His attention to detail and his patience over the phone made the search process smooth and stress free. He was very kind and professional when answering the many questions I had and I was always updated on the progress via email. Thanks again Drew! I highly recommend Fyfe Mcdade.

GoogleExcellent service from Adrian. I am a first time buyer, and he really helped me through every step of the way. There were some very stressful times and he was there to steady the process. Special shoutout to his lovely dog Bear, who was there for emotional support. I'd recommend stopping by just to see him!

GoogleDrew truly transformed our apartment search into a stress-free experience. His calm and supportive approach allowed us to navigate the rental market with hope and optimism, rather than the usual stress and dread. Thanks to his attentiveness, positivity, and understanding of our needs, the whole process felt surprisingly easy and in the end we found our dream apartment.

GoogleI have been hugely impressed with the service from Fyfe McDade. Adrian Cheng was the most amazing agent and ensured that the purchase went seamlessly. He has been so responsive, often answering messages and calls on weekends/after work hours and truly went above and beyond. He either always knows the answer to any questions, or directs me to the right person. I honestly canny recommend him enough!

GoogleI can confidently say that it has been a true privilege to have Fyfe McDade as my property management agent for nearly four years. They have been excellent with providing support when needed, been a great intermediary with the landlord and have created a fantastic stress-free exit as well. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team, your exceptional care and professionalism have been greatly appreciated, and you will be missed!

GoogleI recently bought my first property through Fyfe McDade, and Adrian was fantastic throughout. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot to learn, but he was always patient, helpful, and made the process so smooth. He never made me feel silly for asking questions and explained everything clearly. Adrian’s positive and friendly attitude really stood out, always meeting me with a smile. He - and the rest of the Fyfe McDade team - were very kind and pleased for me upon completion, which made the whole experience even better. I’d highly recommend him and Fyfe McDade to anyone!

GoogleI wanted to share how fantastic Fyfe McDade was during our recent house purchase. From start to finish, they made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Adrian, our agent, was an absolute star throughout the entire journey. He was incredibly personable, the kind of professional who makes you feel like you're working with a friend rather than just another transaction. Whenever we had questions or concerns (and trust me, there were plenty during the house-buying process!), Adrian was always just a phone call or email away. His prompt responses and clear communication gave us real peace of mind. What really stood out was Adrian's attention to detail and genuine commitment to helping us complete our purchase. He was proactive in keeping us updated, navigating the complex paperwork, and ensuring everything moved forward efficiently. His knowledge of the local property market and understanding of the buying process were impressive. I'd absolutely recommend Fyfe McDade - and Adrian in particular - to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. They turned what could have been a nerve-wracking experience into a really positive one. Professional, friendly, and totally reliable!

GoogleI recently started a commercial property lease with Fyfe Mcdade. George Sarantis was exceptionally professional, patient and efficient in helping us for viewings, reservation, and completion throughout the process. Since I have tried a variety of agencies, I would say George is a true star in the commercial estate industry.

GoogleProbably worst letting agency I had to deal with. They have very little knowledge of property management. They will use every strategy in the book to increase your rent every year. Don’t allow more than 1 year contract. They don’t respond to emails/message. You can wait several weeks before getting an answer. They implemented a new way of raising property issues (to avoid contact with tenants) but it is not speeding up the process nor fix their lack of communication.. Don’t care about the tenants, they can live without internet, hot water, heatings. Joke of an agency. TO AVOID!

GoogleI’ve worked with George, Carl and Fyfe on a number of properties and they have always been straightforward to deal with. I’d recommend them as a trusted partner.

GoogleBUILDING MANAGEMENT - AVOID!! Our building has been managed by Fyfe for the last 18months and it's just been disappointments after disappoitnments. Simply incompetent and lazy behaviors (eg: would default any expense to the service charge instead of using warranty, not challenging freeholder when expenses should have been passed on to them, etc.). Anything which being requested is just hard work. In short, it feels that the leaseholder are doing most of the heavylifting to just maintain the building. Avoid.

GoogleI recently contacted Fyfe McDade to explore renting a property, even though I was in the very early stages and quite unsure about what I wanted. Drew was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the process. He listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, and gave me clear, insightful advice that really pointed me in the right direction. Despite my uncertainty, he made the experience feel straightforward and stress-free. A fantastic job, thank you, Drew!

GoogleFyfe McDade is a fantastic estate agency that truly goes above and beyond for their clients. Drew Antwi, in particular, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and approachable throughout the entire process. He made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and straightforward. I Highly recommend their professional and friendly service!

GoogleJust completed today on purchasing our first flat. It was full of unforeseen complications, but Adrian and Martin at Fyfe Mcdade couldn't have been more helpful. They were always available when we had any queries, they kept us informed any time the circumstances changed, and they explained every step of the process along the way. I could not recommend them highly enough.

GoogleExcellent service from the perspective of the buyer of a commercial office. George Sarantis was extremely helpful and rapidly helped solve any issues along the way, while being very communicative. Hugely appreciated his involvement in the process.

GoogleMartin and Alex have done an excellent job selling my flat. Things didn't proceed easily (not their fault at all) but they constantly strived to get things successfully 'over the line'. They worked very hard on this, and I always got fantastic personal attention. Thanks fellas!

GoogleI had a great experience with George Sarantis. He was very responsive and welcomed my questions with warmth and patience. He was also on time for my viewing (which you'd be surprised how often agents aren't on time for that). Thanks for helping me on my journey to secure an office space!

GoogleTbh I wasn’t happy with the previous property manager, but ever since Stuart took over, everything has changed. I’ve dealt with many other agencies before, but Stuart is by far the best. He’s always there whenever I need him and has been consistently helpful. There’s absolutely no reason not to recommend Fyfe Mcdade. highly recommended!

GoogleIf you’ve found yourself reading google reviews for london based estate agents, you likely have some experience with the chaotic mess that is the london housing market. As a first time renter who also did not grow up in this country, overwhelmed & unprepared is an understatement! However, if you have found yourself in a similar position I can happily assure you that you have come to the right place. Stuart is without a doubt the best property manager anyone could ever hope to have in London. While the bare minimum may be hard to find in this city, Stuart consistently went above and beyond to help me & my flatmate with any and all concerns. Whether they fell within his job description, like the boiler not working; or had absolutely nothing to do with him, like difficulties dealing with energy companies; Stuart provided expertise and a sense of ease that is completely invaluable as a London renter. He is reliable, timely, and always has a cheeky dad joke in his back pocket! I don’t have words to thank Stuart for the amount of stress he has alleviated over the course of my 2 year tenancy, all I can say is if your home makes its way across the desk of Stuart Dellar, Lucky you!

GoogleCan’t recommend this guys enough, very hard working, extremely knowledgeable and super patient. They made the process of selling our flat much much easier. Nevermind finding us a buyer within 3 days. Well priced and excellent value for money. Super heads up for Martin. Thanks again and again.

GoogleWe used Fyfe MacDade to sell our flat in London in 2025 and they were excellent. Ours was a complicated process as the building had some cladding issues and that made everything less straightforward and much longer than would normally be. Martin was our point of contact and his hard work saved us a lot of bother and time, incredible amount of knowledge and patience. Really recommend this guys.
