GoogleI Cannot recommend George and the team at Fyfe Mcdade highly enough. We have just completed on a commercial least which was dragged out by solicitors for a long time. Throughout the process George was an invaluable asset to us. He responded promptly to all communications and was an anchor point for all communications between us the landlord and solicitors. No ask was too big, He always kept me in the loop and even when I was feeling a bit anxious about how slow solicitors were moving George helped me chase them and with out him I don’t think this deal would have got done. Even when I went in to pick up the keys the team in the office were friendly and welcoming. Good service is hard to find especially since Covid times, so when someone like George comes along you really appreciate it. Thank-you for everything you have done for us from the team at Parea London.

GoogleIf you’ve found yourself reading google reviews for london based estate agents, you likely have some experience with the chaotic mess that is the london housing market. As a first time renter who also did not grow up in this country, overwhelmed & unprepared is an understatement! However, if you have found yourself in a similar position I can happily assure you that you have come to the right place. Stuart is without a doubt the best property manager anyone could ever hope to have in London. While the bare minimum may be hard to find in this city, Stuart consistently went above and beyond to help me & my flatmate with any and all concerns. Whether they fell within his job description, like the boiler not working; or had absolutely nothing to do with him, like difficulties dealing with energy companies; Stuart provided expertise and a sense of ease that is completely invaluable as a London renter. He is reliable, timely, and always has a cheeky dad joke in his back pocket!
I don’t have words to thank Stuart for the amount of stress he has alleviated over the course of my 2 year tenancy, all I can say is if your home makes its way across the desk of Stuart Dellar, Lucky you!

GoogleGreat experience with Adrian. I was a first time buyer, and found my flat when I was 7 months pregnant. Adrian was just the most helpful and resourceful agent throughout. He recommended great surveyor and solicitor, and liasoned with a seller who wasn’t particularly responsive or on top of it for some reason. There were a couple hiccups in the process which Adrian smoothed out promptly and he even arranged a short term rental for me when the paperwork took longer than expected and I was about to be homeless with my newborn. I could not have asked for a better agent. He also always responded very promptly, even way quicker than my own solicitor lol, and always found a way to reassure me when I was going through the ups and downs of the process. I’ve moved into the flat now and I am just so happy with it, it’s a great home for us.
