GoogleI recently purchased a flat listed by the Shoreditch branch of Fyfe Mcdade.
I would like to note here my appreciation for Adrian’s role. He was always professional and incredibly responsive to queries even out of hours. In addition, his knowledge of the area and objective assessments of the properties viewed was very helpful. I was hoping to complete before the stamp duty increase; Adrian assured me there was nothing to worry about and proved correct. I was happy to have found such a competent, trustworthy and pleasant agent.

I telephoned the company through RightMove in order to try to arrange a viewing of a property, Walker House. I was so disappointed by the person I spoke to, Martin.

Thank you to the Fyfe Mcdade team for your professionalism and for solving all the issues during the E2 deal. My case wasn’t the simplest one, but we quickly and reliably brought the transaction to a successful close.

TrustpilotGeorge,a brilliant estate agent from Fyfe Mcdade
A shop in Penton Streer Islington was advertised in Fyfe Mcdade for rent. From the start of negotiation to signing of the lease, the estate agent, Mr George,. helped us all the way through and we are extremely happy to have secured the lease and soon will be the location of Asian UK Spa and confinement service. Fantastic service. I fully recommend Fyde Mcdade.

GoogleAwful experience, we were advised to pay a 4 month rent deposit direct to the ‘trusted’ landlord for a commercial property only to never receive the keys or the money back for 8 months. On going lack of urgency from Fyfemcdade to resolve this only to be told they will continue to work with this fraud as he is too ‘big’ of a client for them. DO NOT TRUST THEM AND GO ELSEWHERE.

GoogleMartin was absolutely brilliant from start to finish of our house sale. He consistently went above and beyond to chase the buyer and her solicitor and kept us in the loop throughout the process. It was a real pleasure working with him and we really recommend Fyfe Mcdade.

GoogleBUILDING MANAGEMENT - AVOID!!
Our building has been managed by Fyfe for the last 18months and it's just been disappointments after disappoitnments. Simply incompetent and lazy behaviors (eg: would default any expense to the service charge instead of using warranty, not challenging freeholder when expenses should have been passed on to them, etc.). Anything which being requested is just hard work. In short, it feels that the leaseholder are doing most of the heavylifting to just maintain the building. Avoid.

GoogleProbably worst letting agency I had to deal with. They have very little knowledge of property management. They will use every strategy in the book to increase your rent every year. Don’t allow more than 1 year contract. They don’t respond to emails/message. You can wait several weeks before getting an answer. They implemented a new way of raising property issues (to avoid contact with tenants) but it is not speeding up the process nor fix their lack of communication.. Don’t care about the tenants, they can live without internet, hot water, heatings. Joke of an agency. TO AVOID!

GoogleAdrian Cheng in the shoreditch Office was incredible. Always fighting for me to get things to go through as quickly as possible and always available and communicative. He is a genuine guy who will look out for your interests and not just try to sell you.
Best experience I’ve had in London.

GoogleI dealt with Adrian and Martin who sold my flat. They were highly professional and knowledgeable and made the stressful transaction as smooth as possible. They have great knowledge of my area of London and were very correct in appraising my flat and its suggested guide price. Can highly recommend. Antony E2

GoogleThank you George Sarantis and the team at Fyfe Mcdade. We have a few stores around London, and commercial leases can be tricky to deal with but George made the whole process run smoothly. I highly recommend them, they are professional, friendly and we’re looking forward to working with them again.

GoogleI had a great experience with George Sarantis. He was very responsive and welcomed my questions with warmth and patience. He was also on time for my viewing (which you'd be surprised how often agents aren't on time for that). Thanks for helping me on my journey to secure an office space!

GoogleAWFUL AGENCY - INCOMPETENT & UNCOOPERATIVE
I had an awful experience renting a property with this agency in London, particularly with the Shoreditch office. Firstly they never fixed some issues that we kept reporting (I even got electrocuted by the stove ignition!!). We had agreed that the microwave needed to be fixed upon signing the contract and they never did it - for the whole year...
Secondly when we decided to leave the property and it went back on the market, they had constant viewings, letting us know only a few hours before and one of their agents even used the spare key set to get into the house unannounced and without my authorisation!!! Huge violation of privacy.
By the end of the tenancy we were exhausted and felt abandoned by the agency that was supposed to care for us. To top it all off it took them almost 2 months to return our deposit!!! I had to constantly chase and beg for updates. It felt like they were doing it on purpose...A nightmare. Uncooperative, rude and utterly useless when it came to care for the property for which we payed a lot!!! I wouldn't recommend renting any property with them
