GoogleWhilst I have had great service from Daniel and Martin at Fyfe McCade, I'm singling out Alex for this review. I've had an 11 year relationship with Alex. My rental flat has barely had a void, he's highly knowledgeable of the local area and market, and a helpful joy to deal with. Fyfe are lucky to have him.

GoogleJust completed my first shop lease after graduating from UCL, and George was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. There were quite a few challenges along the way, delays, legal details, negotiations, but George was always responsive, patient, and professional. He helped push things forward when it got stuck and really looked after both sides fairly. Really grateful for his support. If you’re looking for someone who’s honest, reliable, and actually cares about getting the deal done properly, George is the one. 真心感谢George一路上的耐心和专业！

Google⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to sincerely thank the Fyfe Mcdade and especially George, the agent who helped me rent my very first shop. He was professional, approachable, and always available to answer any questions I had, even the small ones that come with being new to the commercial rental world.

GoogleWould highly recommend. George was great and I found dealing with them a breeze.

GoogleAwful experience, we were advised to pay a 4 month rent deposit direct to the ‘trusted’ landlord for a commercial property only to never receive the keys or the money back for 8 months. On going lack of urgency from Fyfemcdade to resolve this only to be told they will continue to work with this fraud as he is too ‘big’ of a client for them. DO NOT TRUST THEM AND GO ELSEWHERE.

GoogleI recently purchased a flat listed by the Shoreditch branch of Fyfe Mcdade. I would like to note here my appreciation for Adrian’s role. He was always professional and incredibly responsive to queries even out of hours. In addition, his knowledge of the area and objective assessments of the properties viewed was very helpful. I was hoping to complete before the stamp duty increase; Adrian assured me there was nothing to worry about and proved correct. I was happy to have found such a competent, trustworthy and pleasant agent.

GoogleOverall 10/10 experience selling our Hackney property with Fyfe Mcdade. There was great communication and professionalism from the team throughout the whole process and most importantly they sold our flat quickly! Thank you!

GoogleHighly recommend these guys. No one knows the local rental and sales market like them. Always available to sort me out with good tenants and give market advice. When I came to sell my flat I made the mistake of not choosing them and went with a national agent who didn’t know the market and spent 4 months getting me about 6 viewings. Subsequently instructed Fyfe McDade and they had a dozen viewings and an acceptable offer through in 4 or so weeks ! Job done. Best agent around for the Bloomsbury area !

GoogleI rent an apartment here for a year with my girlfriend as a place to stay for my master degree study in UCL. We compared most of the agencies around and this one suited us the best. The experience is great in general. Big thanks to Daniel and Joey for all the reliable service and kind help. I highly recommend them because they are professional, trustworthy, and so very friendly. We get along so well that they ended up becoming my best friends in London. Other members of the office are nice as well, I always enjoy chatting with them. For whoever that is reading this review, if you are looking for a place to rent or trying to find someone to manage your property, this is definitely the right team that you should consider!

GoogleMartin and Adrian at their Shoreditch office were courteous, helpful and always on the ball during the rather protracted sale of my Islington flat. I was kept in the picture throughout and would certainly use them again.

GoogleAdrian Cheng was really excellent with handling our offer process to buy a new house, from the first viewing to completion he was always helpful, generous with time to answer questions and attentive to the details. Thank you very much again!
