I haven't even spent money with Frost's and I already despise them - a monkey could run a company better (and might also look more presentable!). On two separate occasions they have made viewing appointments with me for properties that have already been rented (or so they say! Who knows with their appalling management) and failed to inform me of this until I'm actually waiting at the property. A lucky escape that I hadn't made a commitment to rent with them, but, a very sad assessment for anyone paying these unapologetic buffoons to advertise their properties.
Dear Anon, I'm very sorry that you feel frustrated having missed the opportunity to view properties with Frosts. Our intention is never to let a customer down but instead build a clear understanding of what our future tenants will want to view. Frosts present properties of the highest standard and we represent numerous professional landlords. Our properties are overwhelming popular and we let them quickly. I regret that you may have been disappointed.
