This state agency is a disaster. They changed me the time of the appointment 3 times the day before. Coming from London I called them to let them know I was going to be 10 min late. Once I arrive to the property there was nobody and when I call they claim the agent had another appointment. So I had a half an our visit and could not see anything at all. What a waste of time. If you want to rent or buy a property do not even consider them.

For any prospective seller reading this and contemplating using a cheaper internet agency - don't. Frost's was professional and helpful every step of the way. There was an internet agency on the other side of the chain and had it not been for the proactive and helpfulness of Frost's I am not sure we would have ever completed.
