Googlefrosts harpenden and wheathampstead branches recently sold my fathers house in blackmore end and the service was excellent. we dealt with john lawrence and james adams who were extremely proffesional and helpful, john inparticular was very kind and helped us through every step of the way. i cant reccomend frosts enough.

GoogleWe would certainly recommend David and his team at Harpenden. They have all been very professional and friendly throughout the selling process, have kept us updated and have always returned phone calls. The final days before exchange were not easy but they kept on top of the situation and did a lot of work behind the scenes. Successfully exchanged today so many thanks to everyone who was involved. GoogleAs an experienced Landlord with properties in Harpenden, St. Albans and surrounding areas, I was most impressed with the professional and helpful approach adopted by Lily Fowler and Rose Johnson, at respectively Frosts Harpenden and St. Albans offices. In late summer 2016 I requested Frosts market for letting two high quality Victorian terrace cottages, due to their local market reputation for amply matching the right tenant to a particular property. They both quickly gained a detailed appreciation of the required matching criteria and delivered same in a pleasing time frame. An excellent all round service.

GoogleI came all the way from London, to see no place at all. They left me waiting at the door of the apartment with no explanation. Also they don't provide transport, so if it happens that unfortunately you have to deal with them count with commuting time.

GoogleI am renting a property which has now gone up for sale. Frosts let themselves in when they want to show potential buyers around, sometimes with notice and sometimes without. When you ask them if they can at least knock they dismiss your request. Disgraceful!

GoogleNot having sold a house for over 30 years, I was relying on the agency to guide me in the modern ways. One or two hiccups along the line, but the outcome was good. I would like to draw attention to Stuart Dutton, who has performed in a model way, with the right manner and attitude, together with a good speaking voice. He should go far.
