GoogleWe used Frosts for renting a new property. We found the team very helpful and professional and the process was dealt within a quick and efficient manner. My only concern was the very high price of referencing, agency fees etc. Overall good service and would use again.

GoogleFrosts managed the letting of my flat for six years, and were super efficient and easy to deal with. I then chose to sell through them too. The whole team were great, especially Sarah, the Sales Progressor, who has been so helpful throughout the process, keeping me updated.

GoogleGreat service on a tricky house purchase. We bought through Frost's in summer 2016. The house was extremely popular and received many offers, leading to a BAFO "sealed bid" process. Following this process, surveys revealed issues with the property significant enough to require a renegotiation with the vendor. Throughout, the team at Frosts, particularly Daniel and Tom, were very professional in keeping the purchase on track, and mediating between client and purchaser. I would thoroughly recommend dealing with Frosts, and valued their professionalism, openness and honesty throughout the process.

GoogleI have been extremely impressed by Frost's Estate Agents. I made my initial enquiries through Rightmove and they got back to me very quickly to arrange property viewings. Sophie at Frost's was very efficient, friendly and responsive. She helped me narrow down the search to find exactly what I was looking for and she worked around my limited timeframes for viewings. This has been my easiest and most satisfying property search and I am very happy to recommend Sophie and Frost's.

GoogleWe both sold and bought a property through Frost's this year and we cannot thank them enough. Neil, Stuart and Sarah were all extremely helpful and professional, delivering what they promised at the start, dealing with hiccups along the chain quickly and efficiently. Sarah in particular ensured that the chain remained intact despite delays caused by our buyer's solicitors and our bank. Highly recommended.

GoogleAlthough we didn't end up buying a property with Frosts, I was very impressed with Daniela who tried really hard to find us a house. She stayed in contact with me all the time and I felt high up on her priority list. She worked really hard for us and it's a shame we didn't end up buying through her in the end.

GoogleVery professional valuation visit. We both felt that we were listened to and points we raised were taken on board. Arrived at a valuation figure that we were happy with and reflected the current market. Very professional photographs taken that show the property to it’s best. We were given the opportunity to review the details and photo’s before they went live. Viewings happened very quickly and we were kept informed all the way through; even if offers made were not up to expectations. Frosts did say the right offer would come and it did in less than a week. Even at this stage Frosts took steps to ensure that the offer was serious and backed up with sufficient funds. Would strongly recommend Frosts to anyone serious about selling and at a reasonable fee.

GoogleWe bought our house through frosts. Jake was great at organising the viewings and prompt in the sale negotiation. Sarah was excellent at progressing the sale and keeping in close, continuous touch so the parties knew progress. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleI would have no hesitation in recommending the lettings team at Frosts St Albans. Elizabeth, Sophie and Rose are a great team who offer an incredibly efficient front line service to me as a landlord. We transferred from another local letting agent after some 20 years and was astounded by the “get it done” attitude I have encountered at Frosts. Just finalising the 5th property let through Frosts in the past 30 months and would not hesitate in recommending them on the basis of their results. Pre-let evaluations have been thorough and of immense help in refurbishing properties and with one call, re-lets are on the Frosts website and other property internet sites within 2 hours. Email and phone communication with the team is perfect and any small issues encountered during the let process are resolved swiftly and calmly. Each let has sourced good tenants for us within a matter of days and often at the very first property viewing, with very good rental returns being achieved each time. Thanks for making things as stress free as possible for us.

GoogleWe bought through Frosts in March 2017 and were very impressed - they made the whole process run smoothly and worked across the chain to ensure that all the solicitors and agents were communicating effectively with one another. From a purchaser's point of view they were great, which I imagine also gives sellers confidence that offers are more likely to convert to purchases.

GoogleI dont often leave reviews but i decided to on this occasion. We completed on our puchase in December and Frosts were excellent throughout the whole process. I found the the two people i had most dealings with (Jake and Sarah) to be extremely professional and helpful. Ive dealt with many estate agents over the years and I thought Frosts were up there with the best. I would not hesitate to use their services over other estate agents in St Albans.

GoogleWe have recently exchanged contracts for the purchase of a house in St Albans and we found Tom at Frosts a pleasure to deal with. Tom remained approachable and professional at all times and his relaxed and friendly approach put us at ease from making our initial offer all the way through to exchange. Despite some hiccups along the way with the upper chain, Tom kept us updated along the way and we really felt that Tom was doing all he could to ensure a timely exchange of contracts, which must have involved a large number of calls on his part between the different lawyers. We would not hesitate in recommending Tom to future clients and would be very happy to work without Tom again on a future sale/purchase.

GoogleI often don’t stop to write reviews, but after the service we have just received, it feels like the right thing to do. Having just sold our house through Frost’s, which wasn’t an easy process through no fault of their own, I have to flag the professionalism, enthusiasm and integrity that the team in St Albans showed throughout the process. We would highly recommend their services. We chose Frost’s over their competition as we found their approach to be honest, clear and factual. From the point of listing our property with them, the team in St Albans communicated effectively, letting us know what was happening through the process. If we had a question, they answered it honestly. If we left a message, they returned it. Small things I know, but to us, it illustrated excellent customer service. Our property was sold within ten days of listing and from this point on the sales progression was seriously impressive. I think we underestimated the intricacy of managing a chain effectively and learnt how an experienced sales progressor could help to navigate any potential roadblocks. Again, key to this was clear communication and market knowledge. Something that Frost’s have in spades. So all that’s left to say is a big thank you to Neil, Sarah, Stuart, Dan, Jake and any of the team in St Albans that we may have missed. Keep up the good work!

GoogleI wouldn't hesitate to recommend Frosts. Having moved 3 times in St Albans, they stand out for their professionalism and communication. In the early stages Daniel Kirkland was exceptional, skilfully negotiating on our behalf and securing us our dream home. John Sullivan and Jake Woolmer were also very responsive, with a great understanding of the marketplace. The after-sales experience was first rate too. Mortgage advisor, David Tatnall, was a pleasure to deal with and got us a great deal. Sales professor, Sarah Valentine, was also brilliant. She calmly navigated us through the process and kept everyone in the chain fully up-to-date. Her reassuring nature and good humour was invaluable, and I cannot thank her enough! GoogleA great team all round, and a real contrast with other estate and lettings agents I've experienced! We have rented through Frost's and have now also bought a house through them. The lettings team - especially our property manager Melanie - have been very helpful, clear and throughout, with none of the heavy-handedness, spurious fees or dodgy lease clauses I've encountered elsewhere. And the sales team - we've spoken with Tom, Daniela and the progressor Sarah - have been a pleasure to deal with. They have been very proactive throughout the process and ensured that we have had all the viewings and information we might want. They made us feel that they are as happy for us - and pleased to help - as for the sellers. I'd definitely use them myself and recommend them to others.

GoogleI bought a house through Frosts in 2011 and had an excellent experience with them. More recently I was in need of a short term rental whilst we carry out renovation work. With a dog and two small children it was a challenging search so I spent a morning in St Albans walking into a number of different agents to ask if they had anything suitable. Sarah at Frosts could not have been more helpful and reassuring. Although she didn't have anything at the time, the following day she rang me to say that she had spoken to one of her landlords and had managed to come to an arrangement that could work for us. Of all the agents I spoke to that day, Sarah really stood out.

She went the extra mile and came to our property before the viewings started so we could show her around and answer any of her questions. She did a superb job and managed to sell our house on the 1st day which we were delighted with. If you are selling your property with Frosts, make sure you ask for Jess to show potential buyers around your property, as she is the best sales person there.
