We purchased our home in St Albans with Frost's and the whole process was a pleasure! We were prepared for a tough process, as purchasing our previous home had been a bit of a nightmare (with a different agent), but Frosts was friendly, prompt, and always communicative with how the purchase was proceeding. We dealt mostly with Lucy and Stuart, both of whom were professional and pleasant to speak with. We felt they really listened to what we were looking for and didn't spend time trying to convince us to look at properties that didn't match our criteria. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy, rent or sell.

We had a very good experience buying our first house with Frost's. They had the biggest selection of houses and were the most flexible with viewings. Communication was very good throughout and we felt very well looked after. From putting in our offer we received the keys 44 days later! We are very lucky and love our new home, thank you especially to Stuart and Ella for being our port of call!

Rented through Frosts for 2 Years. Samantha has been our property manager for that period and as an individually is a star, the property Management team as a whole though are fantastic in our experience. Customer service is brilliant, and they are always on hand to talk through any issues or questions. Even in checking out, where we have had some delays out of Frosts hands, they've been very helpful and always worked hard on our behalf. Would very happily rent through them again!

We have had a fantastic experience with Frost's while finding our new home! Rose was professional, friendly and knowledgable from start to finish and a pleasure to have as our Letting Agent. Sophie took us through our paperwork at the office and was also incredibly helpful and lovely to deal with. After our viewing both Rose and Sophie kept us up to date with the progress of our application, and the entire process has taken less than a week! We are incredibly happy with the service and would highly recommend Frost's to anybody looking to move in the area.

My experience with Frost’s has been excellent! Their service level is highly professional, easy and convenient. Ideal for busy working professionals! Sarah - Lettings Consultant was very diligent and helpful in assisting me, finding the home that best suited my requirements. Their home visits staff was equally great, especially Sarah, who could empathize with a Mum needs. Frost’s Property Manager- Hollie is always attentive and any necessary maintenance repairs are carried out very quickly.

Excellent service throughout! Great communication from professional personable staff. We first engaged with Frosts whilst looking for a house in St Albans. Once we explained what we were looking for they sent us regular property updates of houses new to the market and properties that fitted our requirements. We were so impressed with the effort and communication that we met with Neil to discuss the sale of our flat. He was understanding of our situation and gave us some excellent advice. Not only did Frosts find us our perfect house, but they found us a buyer for our flat within 2 days. We cannot recommend them any higher, thank you Tom and Neil for making this so smooth and easy!
