I had my initial viewings in the St. Albans area through Frost’s and from the start they were diligent and consistent in keeping in touch even though I do not live locally. In addition to sending through potential properties over the course of more than a year, they continued to engage through phone calls and emails to check in from time to time. Daniela Buondonna was very efficient in setting up appointments and also highly communicative and prompt in answering any questions I had; Sarah Twigg was also very personable in answering enquiries. While ultimately I did not find my property of choice through Frost’s, my overall experience with the agency, including the agent who guided me through the viewings, was excellent and I would recommend this agency for their personal touch and their extensive knowledge of the local area.

Myself and my husband were making a move from Scotland to England so understandably anxious about finding the right place for us in St Albans. Rose was fantastic at not only finding us a suitable place that was “quirky “ as I had described, but thereafter maintaining communication until we had actually moved.
