GoogleFrosts deal with all my properties and have done for many years, i normally deal with sam and she is very responsive to any queries i have and deals with any problems promptly.The level of service has always been excellent and i would highly recommend them.

GoogleMy wife and I were most impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail of the staff at Frost's, Harpenden. Thanks to Alsaida in particular who worked hard on our behalf. Purchasing a new home can be very stressful so it's heartening to find someone who is keen to help every step of the way.

GoogleWe bought our house through Frosts Harpenden. Shout out for Trudie - the sales progressor. Altho we had a unnecessarily long drawn out lead up to exchange (which was no fault of Trudie's), Trudie was the only consistent - keeping us up to date and chasing solicitors down. She was also sympathetic to the stresses moving house brings which was very kind and a breath of fresh air. Altho not always the bearer of good news she was always honest and that was greatly appreciated.

GoogleI was very impressed with the service I got from Frosts. From the outset James could not have been more helpful in selling my property. As it was an Executor's sale and I do not live in the UK, James was really helpful in sorting out a range of problems which I was not on hand to deal with myself. Dealing with Frosts certainly reduced the stress levels in what was a difficult situation for me.

GoogleI cannot praise the team at Frost’s high enough especially James and Elsaida. I would recommend them above all other estate agents because they put my house on the market above what other estate agents said I would get and I actually got more than the asking price. Lucky? Maybe. But Elsaida worked hard and I’m ever grateful. I also used Frost’s Conveyancing and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them as well.

GoogleFrosts, in particular James and Elsaida made a relatively complicated and at times clumsy process appear much easier, they were continually supportive throughout the, chasing up and down the chain to keep everything moving. Communication was excellent, the advertising and finding a buyer is just the start, the real hard work comes during the build up to exchange of contracts, they are the only real key point of information from the chain and we’re very good at immediately responding. I would recommend them and definitely use them again.

They were always available to speak to us and provide updates, and ensured every question we had was answered comprehensively. We mostly dealt with James in sales but with help from Elsaida, Trudie and a lot of patience we got the sale completed. We never felt like we were asking stupid questions (although we probably were!) and never felt like they were in a rush to answer the next phone call or get to the next meeting - more than can be said for a lot of agents. GoogleAn exceptional service was provided by the whole team at Frosts. The professionalism and enthusiasm of James and Elsaida during the sales and viewing process was without fault. A particular thank-you to Trudie who dealt with the sales progression efficiently and, when problems arose, excellent advise was provided as to how to come to a solution (clearly echoed by our buyer who has also posted with positive feedback). Overall I cannot recommend Frosts highly enough as an agent, they clearly have an excellent team who communicate well and honestly with clients and buyers alike, and more importantly with each-other, leading to as stress free a process as is possible in buying and selling houses.
