GoogleRecently sold my late parents house through Frosts (Marshalswick).Sale was dealt with by Matt and Shaun who quickly found a buyer. The entire process was dealt with efficiently by the team and Trudie went the extra mile to process the transaction Excellent communication and all round professional service

GoogleI would like to thank Matt Shaun Trudie and Rosie for all the help they have given us over these past weeks with both our sale and purchase . Matt initially for his help and advice with our sale and purchase . Shaun who fed back all the information and comments from our perspective buyers Shaun also worked very hard to close the sale for us . Trudie then acting as a great liaison officer between both vendors and buyers . Rosie was always so helpful when you called in . Finally Matt going to Buckinghamshire to deliver contracts by hand to a solicitor to ensure exchange and completion could take place to suit everyone. Top marks . As a foot Note Laura Batten our solicitor from Frost Conveyancing was absolutely brilliant working and ensuring everything was covered for us every step of the way . Thanks to All

From Matt who came to value the property, to Shaun who had been nothing but lovely on the phone with regards to booking in viewings. GoogleWe sold our flat with Frosts in December 2019, an appreciation and awareness of the local market is why we went with Frost's. We were not disappointed and I'm awarding them a 5 start rating due to their excellent customer service. Matt Brand who did our evaluation ticks all the boxes you need (professional, knowledgeable, approachable) in an estate agent. A very, very special mention goes to Trudie, our sales progressor. We faced an uphill battle with the onwards chain (not Frost's) and I cannot sing Trudie's praises enough. She was exactly who we needed on our side and was relentless in doing her upmost to get the chain moving forwards. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable she was great at giving updates which were hugely reassuring! A great asset to the Frost's team. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

After we had met with Matt Brand, Sales Manager, his friendly, professional and informative approach convinced us we had made the right decision. Progressing, what became a difficult sale, was managed by the amazing Trudie Cobb; she kept us informed and actively chased all other parties, particularly as the sale neared completion. Trudie in particular has been brilliant at progressing everything, keeping us updated and answering any queries we've had. GoogleMy fiancé and I have had a really lovely and easy experience in finding our new home with Frosts, and Lily in particular! She has made everything super easy for us, from letting us take our time to look around the property, to getting our references and paperwork done incredibly efficiently. We would 100% recommend Frosts, and would happily go through them again in the future.

Dealing with her was very easy and she gave us all the information we needed in a timely manner and was very supportive in us securing our next house. GoogleIn general i have been very happy with the level of service provided by frost. A special mention to John who put in a mountain of work to achieve the my sale and purchase. Also Trudie who has pushed through both completions of which nothing was to much to ask. She went above and beyond what was necessary to facilitate the win/win for all parties.
