Found our dream flat in St. Albans with Frost's after trying a couple other estate agents. Very professional service and staff that helped us navigate properties within our budget. A year on and we've had no issues at all - any queries we've had have been dealt with quickly and politely. Kitty Hills has been our property manager and we have nothing but kind words to say about her. Overall a 10/10 service and rating to both Frost's and Kitty.

We’ve worked with Frosts twice now and they’re always brilliant. We recently moved into a terrace which Rose helped us find. She was so helpful and was always there when we needed her during the tenancy agreement process. She kept us informed through the whole process, and got back to us quickly anytime we had questions. In general, we’ve found Frost’s to be friendly, quick, and extremely professional. Can’t recommend them highly enough!
