We found a house on Rightmove and scheduled a viewing through Frosts directly. When I rang to book the viewing Sophie Hutchinson was very accommodating to our availability and managed to secure a time we were able to visit. We ended up placing an offer on the property and our offer was accepted! Sophie kept us updated throughout the process and when we wanted to pay the property another visit before moving in to measure up for furniture she was more than happy to organise this for us as well. Would definitely use Frosts again in the future. It was an incredibly smooth and fast-moving process!

Rose managed to squeeze us in with late notice on a busy day and was generally very nice. As a result, we were able to pick the flat then and there rather than coming back. Sophie was also really nice in the office and they were both very helpful answering questions (we had quite a few!) Everything was sorted out super quick and we went from viewing to putting a deposit down in less than a week. Very happy. Edit: they have been less helpful since and there have been a few miscommunications in the paperwork/correspondence which can be frustrating

The day we decided to put or property in the market, we called three estate agents. First two were very nice while doing the valuation and towards the end wanted us to sign the contract to put up in market without giving us the breathing space to decide and after wards kept calling and pushing again and again to the limit of frustration. On the other hand, Frost's came to our house, been very nice, been very realistic and asked to take our own time to decide when we want to go to market. I didn't receive a single remainder through Phone/email/SMS. This was the very reason, we decided to go with Frost's. After a while, when things changes and we decided not sell the property, but put it on rent. Again, Frost's were very kind and happy to do that without the expectation that we will Let the property through them. Again no reminder, gave us time and space to decide when and what we want to do, very professional. at right time we contacted Frosts so they can Let out property and manage it. Now we are settled in new house and Frost's have been managing our property and helping us with right information to take care of property. We are very much impresses and would very strongly recommend Frost's for either letting or selling you valuable property.

I'm so impressed with the service. Daniela was kind, patient, friendly, professional and helpful right from day 1 the entire way through a complicated purchase. She really went over and above what was expected of her. Thank you Daniela. Rochelle was professional, tenacious and brilliant at her job of getting the purchase over the line for when we wanted it. There were some initial delays outside of her control but as soon as we told her the dates we needed to exchange and complete by she just made it happen. So responsive and easy to work with. Thank you Rochelle. And David who brokered our mortgage! We had no clue (being first time buyers) but David held our hand, explained all the options to us in a way we could really understand, patiently went through different scenarios and relentlessly looked for a better deal for us, even getting back in touch to say a new deal has entered the market and he can do everything behind the scenes to transition to that one. He was friendly, responsive, professional and made the paperwork feel easy. We'll absolutely be working with David again when our mortgage expires. Good service from start to finish. The buyer who bought my house was particularly difficult to deal with, and Frosts did a good job of managing both him and my expectations of sale price. I would recommend Frosts in particular, as they have a dedicated member of staff, Rochelle, who effectively progresses sales from the point of accepting the offer through to completion. Selling a house in these difficult times is no mean feat, and Frosts managed this and allowed me to move on with my life.
