GoogleKitty is the best property manager we have had. She has a very pleasant manner and she responds quickly to any matters that we raise and follows them up to completion. She also acts pro-actively to identify possible issues and bring them to our attention..

GoogleA great professional service from Frosts for the sale of our house in St Albans, particularly Rochelle Collins who managed the sale once a buyer was found, which in our case was part of a chain and became frustrating at times. Rochelle made contact with all the lawyers and agents and kept us and others updated on the progress through to completion.

GoogleI'm more than happy to confirm that the extra effort made by Rochelle Collins (and several others) at Frost's is what got my sale transaction to completion. She and Neil Dowsett backed me all the way when the buyer started being, shall we say, difficult... Rochelle ended up having to make far more telephone calls than should have been necessary, but we got there in the end. It's not the first time I've used Frost's in St Albans, and I expect it won't be the last. Thanks again for all your help.

GoogleExcellent service from an estate agent who works with you rather than against you. Though there have been some hiccups out of Frost's control, Sarah was communicative, reassuring and worked hard to get around these hiccups to get the tenancy contract signed. An example of how estate agents should work making the experience much more pleasant! Many thanks to Sarah and the team for all their help

GoogleI viewed a property through Frost’s Estate Agents St Albans over a week ago, the estate agent didn’t even meet us at the property and left us to view with the Vendor, that same afternoon we had our finance in place and made an offer on the property, the vendor wanted the opportunity to show the property over the weekend before making a decision because they had already arranged viewings, the agent assured me she would come back to us and let us know which way the vendor would like to go, nearly a week later and I am still waiting for a call back, I see the property is still for sale, the property market must be booming if Frost’s don’t even need to go back to their customers, I feel I’ve received absolutely terrible service and would definitely not recommend using Frost’s, not a great experience while trying to buy our first home. Hi Ryan I believe you have spoken to one of our managers and although inexcusable it would appear that a number of unfortunate coincidences have meant that we did not deliver the level of service you would expect but hope you can see by other reviews is not our usual standard. GoogleI rent my property using Frost's as management agents. Kitty Hills - my contact at Frost's - is always very helpful. She's responsive and gets things done without a lot of faff! Obviously, agents are there to act for the landlord and, as such, Kitty is always 'on my side'. However, the impression one gets is that Kitty is also concerned about the tenant's happiness and wellbeing and wants to resolve any problems they might have in an efficient way that causes the tenant least disruption. My aim is to be a good landlord and, to me , that's an ethical and sensible approach that I endorse.

GoogleWe rent a flat for one of our staff which has now been for 2 years. It is all managed by Frosts and there have been no issues at all. The boiler broke down around 10pm and the plumber they organised came out within 30 minutes to fix it. When they need to check the property a good amount of notice is given so the tenant doesn't have to drop things. So... if you are looking for an agency to manage your property go with Frost's or if you are looking to rent a property then also the same.
