We bought a house through Julia, she has been an absolute star. She did all of the work for us, including pushing the sales through as our estate agents were useless. Our estate agents were all very nice people individually, but the business side we felt let us down. Julia took initiative and was constantly seeking answers for us, and made sure we were updated constantly which we found hugely reassuring. Her empathy was fantastic, and she was very considerate, this took the pressure off and calmed us when when we were distressed. It was lovely to have an estate agent with values and understanding.
