GoogleThe property management person at Frosts, Sheetal Shah, has dealt with all my queries and issue quickly and efficiently, with very little fuss. An issue with a substandard carpet handled with ease. From start of complaint to today where I have a brand new carpet has been barely two weeks. All very seamless. So, thanks Sheetal!

GoogleI was impressed with our valuer Tom Weaver who was friendly and professional, as well as being pretty accurate with his valuation. The rest of the team have been very helpful and efficient as well, especially Tom Higley who arranged many of the viewings and dealt with the offer and negotiation process. Would highly recommend the St Albans team.

GoogleFrost's found us tenants quickly and were professional yet friendly. They gave us details of tradesmen and also arranged tradesmen for us. They also answered quite a few queries promptly and positively. A couple of mistakes by the Accounts department were dealt with swiftly. I would give 4.5 if I could.

GoogleWe recently enquired of a property we’d like to rent in Harpenden. We first spoke with Oliver Banks, he was so friendly and personable it made the whole experience a delight! He returned our calls promptly and booked us in efficiently. We loved the house! Lily was fab, she listened to our requirements and promptly had the whole matter dealt with. We met Olly face to face to sign papers so on, he’s just as welcoming and lovely in person. Between Olly and Lily we viewed and secured the property in four days! How about that! We will be looking to acquire a buy to let in the future and I’m sure we will choose frosts as our agent as we think they’re fab. Thank you guys! Jo&Jim
