Excellent customer service- and should single out Shelby who managed to get me a 2nd viewing at short notice on the same day as my wife's earlier viewing, which resulted in our securing the rental property. I recently secured a property from Frosts St Albans, after having been off work for 6 months with an industrial injury. Due to this nature it had been very difficult for me to be taken seriously by a landlord, as proving my income was impossible. having been out of work for so long. I dealt with Shelby Dunn. I told her my situation and was up front about my struggle thus far. She, from that point when above and beyond to arrange me viewings and ultimately get me into a property. Shelby is the most straight up, kind and understanding lettings agent I have ever come across. During the referencing process, it went back and forward for 3-4 days over and over again, and Shelby fought tirelessly to get me over the line when she could’ve thrown me in the bin and gone for any other easier candidate. I have rented with Frosts in the past and whilst they are efficient, professional and pleasant to deal with…..in my 10 years of renting, I’ve never come across a Shelby. And for this reason, I recommend her so highly to anyone, going forward. KG

The staff that dealt with had all been working there a long time and made a great team. Through Frosts I have bought 3 houses, sold 2 and rented one. Each time it has been handled well, with easy communication and with the right balance of professionalism, yet fun and friendly. The house I have just purchased was incredibly complex with probate complications, buyers pulling out, a long chain and then on the day of completion an issue with one of the solicitors further down the chain - Neil, Rochelle and the team took it all in their stride and every hurdle was overcome with minimal fuss and drama.
