GoogleAbsolutely terrible service. The women in the office are rude. They don't carry out maintenance on property's. They just ignore you. I could write so much more here but they will know who wrote it if I do. I would recommend staying well clear of this unprofessional rude company.

GoogleRose Johnson has been nothing but exceptional during my property search - First understanding my requirements and suggesting suitable properties and then being efficient, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the rest of the process. This has resulted in a very quick turnaround which was required given the current state of the rental market, managing to schedule a viewing on Monday and then having completed reference checks by the Friday of the same week.

GoogleJust completed the sale of my house, Frost’s have been amazing! From first visit to value it, through to completion I was reassured I was dealing with professionals. Jonny Zimmerman handled viewings efficiently and sorted out all queries taking us up to exchange of contracts. Always bright and helpful, he made the process a pleasure. Always at the end of the phone to sort out any problems immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend Frost’s as 5 star agents, make an appointment for a valuation of your property. You will not be disappointed.

We had used them for some time as letting agents and because they had done such a great job, we decided to use them to handle the subsequent sale of our property in Harpenden. First rate service, quick, responsive and friendly. Got the sale achieved in a difficult market. Never lost confidence that a good result would be achieved, but not afraid to give honest advice.
