GoogleAn enormous thank you to all the staff at Frosts in St. Albans for your help selling our property in the town. Without exception every member of staff was professional and helpful. I was kept informed of progress throughout the process. A delightful team to work with. I have to give a particular thank you to Rochelle Collins who, once the property was sold subject to contract, watched over every move. She knew exactly what was going on and was always ready to answer questions and to clarify the situation. She was au fait with the difficult pathway of selling and I can't thank her enough.

GoogleI write this review about the professional service I got from Frost team., They were transparent, shared feedback after viewing and they didn’t put me through feeding wars. From viewing till drawing of contract they were professional, transparent process , pleasant and good customer service. Rose was a gem. I was doubtful as I had bad experiences elsewhere but Rose was amazing, from the time I made the enquiry to end! She was always heads up, very supportive and kept me updated throughout the process. Keep it up!

The professionalism, rapt attention and patience displayed by Rose Johnson was top notch and exceptional. She was gracious, patient and facilitated the entire letting process with great efficiency. GoogleI dealt with Oliver (Olly) Banks when looking for a rental property in St Albans and he was by far the best agent that I had the pleasure of dealing with. He was professional, courteous and helped me with my search. When I found a property that I liked and I made an offer, I felt that he was genuinely working hard for both myself as the proposed tenant, but also, for his clients, the landlords. Having owned and run agencies myself in the past, I would of had a far more successful agency if all of my team where like Olly. A real credit to Frost's Estate Agents in St Albans and they are lucky to have him as part of their already excellent team.

GoogleWe recently sold our house through Frosts. It was a hell of a journey over 11 months and 3 buyers. I think we dealt with just about every member of staff in the office to the point that we knew each other immediately just by voice, so thank you to Matt, Sean, John, Jess and Wendy (sorry if I've forgotten anyone!). But ultimately it was Tom who got us over the line - he was incredibly reliable, hardworking, persistent and a pleasure to work with. He kept us up to date at every turn and put up with every question and request we made without gripe or impatience, so thank you so much and for helping our buyers to get the property they wanted. Frosts have been brilliant from start to finish and I can't thank them enough.

GoogleWe recently sold a property through Frosts of Harpenden and were very pleased with the service throughout. A buyer was found quickly who offered very nearly the asking price so we were very pleased. The sale turned out to be quite complicated but Jonny and Trudie rose to the challenge and the sale was completed speedily and smoothly in the end. GoogleWe have just had the best experience working with Frosts to secure an offer on our property. Elsaida, Jonny and James worked tirelessly from the start, building chains and liaising with their other offices. Many thanks to Matthew from their Marshalwick’s office for bringing the offer to the table. From the initial meeting with Elsaida it was clear this was a great team. The property details were of a very high standard and uploaded in record time. During a very difficult time in the property market, the number of prospective buyers remained very high. Thanks to Frosts our buyer was able to secure their chain and we reached our target value. Huge thanks to everyone concerned. No one could have done more.

GoogleMr Oliver Banks has changed my image on letting agents. He is such a friendly, helpful and welcoming gentleman, and always responded to our enquiries positively and patiently. His expertise and professional knowledge in the local property market are beyond question. Since the first meeting at his office, he has kept close contact with us. He showed his concern and support every time he talked with us. Since the local letting market is so competitive, I was, to a certain extent, exhausted and rather disappointed at the situations we faced after the many viewings and offers we forwarded. Thanks to Oliver’s encouragement and his golden saying “no worries”, we packed ourselves with viewings last weekend and finally our offer was accepted by the landlord. I could not believe my ears when I heard of the good news. I slept wonderfully well that night after weeks’ ups-and-downs. A good agent really makes a great difference.
