GoogleThe process of viewing and renting through Frost's was efficient and, on the whole, well organised. Darcie was prompt in booking viewings and advising on the landlords' requirements. Once the offer was made, Darcie immediately contacted the landlord, resulting in the offer being accepted quicker than anticipated. Darcie also ensured the relevant right-to-rent checks were completed in good time.

GoogleMy agent was Ms Darcie Fisher who helped me moving from one property to another, both managed by Frost. I received a smooth and professional, personalised customer care from her, she understood my circumstances as a Consultant Anaesthetist who is often busy with his hospital work. She was responsive and acted promply on my requests. I am totally satisfied with my decision of staying with Frost as I have been renting from them in the past two years and I hope that I can buy a property from them which is the next plan in my life. Highly recommended.

GoogleFrost has not been flexible with viewing times. Every time I ask for a viewing, it is only available in the morning. This is highly inconvenient for someone coming from far and with a small baby. A professional letting agency should accommodate the diverse needs of their clients.

GoogleFrosts have been truly amazing in the purchase of our house in St Albans. We were new to the area, after initially missing out, Frosts kept us in the loop when it came back to market and we instantly snapped it up. They managed to save our vendors chain from collapsing and helped us secure our dream house. They helped manage a fair price for all parties, helped us navigate through the process and kept on top of all parties to ensure completion went smoothly. I was initially worried that given Frosts is the biggest agent (I think?), that we’d lose the personal touch but found it to be the complete opposite. I can’t speak speak highly enough of Neil and Ben who helped navigate some challenging moments in the chain. I will both definitely use Frosts again and highly recommend them.

GoogleThe Frost Agency Property Management Team and Sheetal has always been very helpful and supportive, whatever happens - if we had any repairs, issues or question they we’re always quick to respond and sort things out. We’ve lived in the flat 2.5years and if moving back to the area and need to rent, we’ll happily use them again. Out contact person, Sheetal is a lovely lady, always helpful and easy to speak to plus on the ball when sorting things out or chasing contractors. We recently had an issue with the boiler and it was sorted quickly plus she checked on us to make sure that there was progress and the issue was sorted. The contractors used by them have also been top notch, on time, tidy and cooperative. Very happy with Frost, 5* service and special thanks to Sheetal.

GoogleI have been searching for a new home for the past seven months with Frost, and my experience has been extremely frustrating. While many reviews praise their helpfulness towards couples, my experience has been quite the opposite, as a single parent. Darcie has been of no help throughout this process. The new manager isn't any better. I can't help but feel that discrimination is at play. A letting agent's role is to keep clients in the loop, regularly checking in once they’ve registered to see if they are still looking. After being registered with Frost for seven months, I would expect to be one of the first people contacted when a property within my budget becomes available. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. In contrast, I've just registered with another agency, and within a week, they called to let me know if a property was no longer available or to check if I was still looking. This is how a professional letting agency should operate. Frost's lack of communication and apparent disregard for my search is unacceptable. I expected much more from them based on their reviews, but my experience has been disappointing and frustrating. I hope they improve their services and treat all clients with the attention and respect they deserve.

GoogleMe and my partner just moved to St Albans from Australia a few weeks ago. After scouring all of the agencies in the area finding a property to let, we found the Frosts team to be head and shoulders above the rest. They are an honest, transparent & expert agency who made our house hunt easier than I could have anticipated being new to the country. GoogleWe have just relocated to St Albans and purchased our new home through Frosts. I cannot recommend them enough, the team (particularly Neil and Ben) were incredibly helpful. They worked expeditiously to push through the sale without ever pressurising and managed the entire process with ease. Every staff member we met from viewing assistants to sales progression were incredibly professional. Neil even went out of his way to drop the keys off to us at the property on completion day. We will definitely be using Frosts should we ever decide to move!
