We couldn’t recommend Frost’s at St Albans more! From the start of our property search, the team were quick to figure out what type of property we were looking for and were very flexible arranging viewings for us. As first time buyers, things can feel overwhelming but the team (and in particular Neil and Rochelle) were there to help with any questions and concerns throughout the process. We hit a couple of slow points on the way to completion but Frost’s always stayed on top of things and went over and above to help us move things along. I couldn’t recommend Frosts enough when looking for a property to rent, Its my first time using them and I had the pleasure of dealing with Harry who actually sent me the property to look at after listening to everything that fitted my exact needs, booked me in on the day for a viewing and showed me around the place.
