GoogleAs a first time tenant, I felt completely scammed. Redecorated before the showing and moved in and had a serious mould problem. My clothes were ruined and they did not care nor take any responsibility, only a dehumidifier months after complaining. The neighbours told me the flat was prone to mould and that all previous tenants living there had the same problem. We mentioned how their was dew on the walls when we were shown and the sales advisor explained this was only due to the flat being empty, when they would have been aware there was mould issues. Would never use again, feel like they took advantage of us being a young couple, showed no compassion or integrity.

That's disappointing to hear that you feel this way Maddie, particularly given that you had previously given our service a 5-star Google review. The photographs clearly show a condensation and black spot mold problem and we had many conversations as to how these situations occur in the colder/damper months, how that can be managed and attended to maintenance issues to try and assist. For clarity, you were our first tenants in the property and our previous involvement had only been in selling the property on behalf of owner occupiers who to the best of our knowledge did not experience such an extreme issue.

GoogleWe recently purchased a flat through Frosts and the whole experience left something to be desired. The customer experience was poor throughout, Frosts provided false information to us about works required and advised against having a survey done on the flat we were buying. They were frequently unresponsive. I informed them at the start of the process that I would rarely be able to answer phone calls in the working day, we spent 2 days missing each others calls for information that could've been an email. Poor experience, avoid.
