Nick was very dishonest. Not the best experience - very shady agent. Showed interest in a property in Lewisham. Was told it is so popular that they had to remove it from the market. Comes out, In a week’s time, no one arranged any visits. Property been added and removed multiple times. Finally managed to book a viewing. Never received offer form, during the call caught agent lying about offer being placed already to the landlord. You can feel deceitful behaviour from the start Very disappointed. Nick didnt really know much about the property either, provided incorrect information whilst obvious was in front of us during the visit. also tried to persuade in putting extra price in the offer due to how popular it was? Things turned out catching him lying on the phone and im glad we didnt go with it.Very dishonest. Wouldn’t recommend

Great viewing experience. Nick Mott was extremely friendly and willing to go the extra mile to show us everything and explain everything in full detail. Overall, he made the experience really good, considering how stressful moving houses can be.

Gemma & Georgia truly went above and beyond to ensure I could move into my apt within 3 days of viewing it! They were quick to respond to any message or email, draw up contracts, and negotiate with the landlord. I was able to view the apt, sign the contract, and move all within 3 days, which is tremendous - and all because of their speed and diligence to make it happen. I cannot thank them enough for the speed and quality with which they assisted with the transition. From the moment I called asking for flats in the building, Gemma quickly responded with options and times. They have been the most responsive agency I have ever interacted with and I highly recommend them for those in London. Worked with Nick there to rent a property in Lewisham. He was exceptionally attentive and nice to work with. Did really well with pointing us in the right direction and helped us manage our expectations. Really good experience and we are very happy with our property! Me and my partner rented our flat through Fraser & Co. Nick showed us the place and Georgia took care of all the documents. When we moved we realised the mattress was not in great condition so we told Georgia, and she sorted everything in a couple of days. They are extremely kind and polite and you can see they have a vast experience in the area. Usually agencies don’t care about their tenants, however, Fraser is absolutely amazing and we are pleased to rent with them. Thanks Fraser Team!

Amazing discovery!

I rented a flat through them and managed to have the viewings and paperwork sorted whilst abroad. They were really professional and I have 0 complaints. In the future I will go through Fraser again due to the speed, professionalism and warmth of their service throughout. Big thank you to Nazim.

As an overseas buyer, Fraser & Co had provided excellent one-stop service and took care of the property handover on my behalf, including snagging, reaching out for tenants and managing the tenancy. Credits must go to to Nazim and Clare who had given me a big help in securing a tenancy within a very short period of time. They were professional, responsive and took care of all the issues with dedication all along the process. I would have no hesitation to recommend them to others.
