GoogleA very pleasant and professional estate agent. My queries were always answered and addressed, even if the designated person dealing was away. I was updated and there was good communication between my selling estate agent and FBM. More than one viewing was easily arranged despite short notice from me. GoogleI bought my house through The Milford branch of FBM just over 4 years ago, so when it was time to move on, there was no question who would be selling it for me! They seem to have a much higher selling rate than any other estate agent in Milford, my house being a brilliant example, they had booked 7 viewings for the first 2 days it was on the market & we had negotiated an offer within 48 hours. I would recommend Kaley, Claire & Leanne to anyone who was looking to sell in the area, very professional & always on hand to answer any questions! You’re all ace!

FacebookWent in to the branch on Friday, and met Matt Webb, he was lovely, very professional, encouraged us to view a property, which we did, although it wasn't quite for us, after we left the branch he rang me to say he had found another property that I might be interested in, not in a pushy way at all. He is a credit to your branch and if I had a property to sell I would have no qualms in him marketing it for me. A real credit and you will go far Matt.

FacebookAs a professional moving to Pembrokeshire I have found dealing with FBM to be a big mistake. As a customer I have been treated as an afterthought by staff who cannot even get my name right! I have been given the wrong guidance and have had to continually chase for updates from staff who do not communicate with each other let alone me. The attitude appears to be "we've got your fee, so we don't care"! Very stressful experience and just about ready to pull out of a tenancy agreement as they have wasted a lot of my time. Do not bother with them!
