TrustpilotPurchases via Equity Estate Agents
I have been personally buying from Equity, the EN3 branch for around 15 years or so.Darren and Mark have looked after me and I have never had a purchase fall through. So they do all they can to get the sale through which is obviously good for all parties.I recently completed on a property in January 2023 which I was happy about. I will continue to use their services going forward.Jason P

TrustpilotAppauling service for tenant but great…
Appauling service for tenant but great service for landlords They set you up to ensure you are able to pay all your rent and bills, you do that on time by standing order. You experience issues and even get a section 21 and ask for help with an inspection and you get told it’s not possible! I’d never let with equity again. The manager at Enfield branch was beyond rude, called me darling to belittle me which I asked him to kindly not do. He made a snide response about being polite by calling me darling rather than apologise. My dad listened to the conversation and held back getting involved as he saw I managed it more professionally then he did.

TrustpilotGreat experience…
I have just completed my house sale with Equity. After my first buyer pulled out they found another buyer within days. Josh, Darren, Helen and Kyrie have been wonderful every step of the way. I would recommend Equity to everyone. Excellent experience.

TrustpilotKyrie was great! Would recommend Equity
Kyrie was great! Always so helpful, happy to help and got us a viewing so quickly, was a great communicator between the sellers and us the buyers. After a bad experience with purple bricks Kyrie was a breath of fresh air and got the property closed at a great pace. Would definitely look at equity if we were looking to sell our property.

GoogleI would highly recommend Equity and Darren, Kane and Helen at the estate agency. I was the buyer of a property that Equity was selling on behalf of a seller. The team are very approachable and go above and beyond to get the job done, I was always able to contact them and I am very pleased with the way they handled the sale of the property. From the start of the process, through to completion Equity was absolutely excellent and I felt very fortunate that I had such an attentive and dedicated estate agent managing the sale of the property. Equity was very communicative throughout the whole process. I received regular updates so I knew what was happening at all stages. I honestly appreciate your patience and expertise. The updates would come sometimes even out hours, which was hugely appreciated, particularly as a first time buyer. In addition, if I ever left a message the team would always follow it up promptly. I would certainly recommend Equity to a friend or family member. Thank you so much for helping me buy my home. I must say your knowledge and Kane’s talent for negotiation was excellent. I will be returning when I need to rent my property in the future! I am incredibly grateful that I had to deal with Equity as the sellers agency. Thank you again for all your help!

TrustpilotKyrie at the Enfield branch made everything feel smooth
Dealing with Kyrie made the process of looking for a house actually enjoyable. He was honest, on the ball but also never pushed us. He went above and beyond and was always on hand if we had a query. Unfortunately our house fell through as the seller pulled out but Kyrie really tried to keep things moving and always sent us other properties he thought would interest us. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better agent, he was nothing like the cliches, just a down to earth guy who’s trying to get the job done and has everyone’s best interests at heart.

TrustpilotProfessional and knowledgeable
Kyrie from Equity was professional, knowledgeable and kept me updated with properties coming onto the market. I called him for some general advice on buying in Enfield and he was kind enough to take the time to advise me on the current market, local schools and the area. Even though we didn't end up buying a property through Equity I would highly recommend Kyrie and the agency.

TrustpilotFirst time buyers
As first time buyers, the team at Equity gave us a lot of support to help push our purchase over the line, particularly through several challenges. Darren and Helen supported us throughout, they were incredibly responsive and helpful in terms of explaining everything and doing a lot of the legwork on behalf of the solicitors. Big thanks to them both!

TrustpilotI have dealt with many estate agents in…
I have dealt with many estate agents in multiple house sales but Darren is without a shadow of a doubt the best, most conscientious hard working agent that I have ever met. I cannot recommend him highly enough - without all his work above and beyond that of a normal agent our sale would have collapsed. I very rarely write reviews but cannot recommend Darren and Equity highly enough.
