Googlethe worst agency I have met in the UK for 10 years. without responsibility, doesn't get involved, doesn't help people, gives you wrong information and never sure about them.

GoogleI have just let my property with equity again (new tenants) and was helped through the process by mainly Stanley pre finding tenants and Saby post finding tenants. Both were very professional, helpful and always willing to talk through any of my questions. They tried to be as useful as they could, which was much appreciated, I would recommend using equity.

GoogleI shopped around with several of the estate agents in the Enfield area to choose who to go with for renting out my property. In the end I chose Equity Estate Agent (Hertford Road) as they came across as the most honest and trustable as well as offering competitive terms. Saby in particular was my main point of contact from start to finish and I found her to be very honest, professional and someone who tried to make sure that we kept making good progress and got things done. Stanley and Mark were also very helpful and made sure things progressed well. The whole team seem friendly, approachable and listened to my requests and issues. My property has now been rented out and Equity will be managing the property for me...I hope they continue to keep up the standards they have set so far and we can maintain the good relationship we have between Equity, the tenants and myself.

GoogleExtremely pleased with the service from the beginning to the end, it has been seamless and hassle free. I would definitely recommend to prospective landlords to use their services. Starting with Mark who is an expert and incredibly help to ending with Saby who is simply fantastic at what she does so helpful.

TrustpilotThe best Estate Agents my mum has ever had
My mum wanted to sell a property so at first she went to an estate agent that didn't seem to care about her needs and wants as a customer and it just seemed liked this agent just couldn't be bothered. Luckily my mum had not signed that estate agents fee/ commission contract yet, so my mum left this estate agent and came to Equity instead. From the start to finish of the sale of my mum's property, Darren and Helen were just so supportive, they were always so kind and spoke to us like they genuinely cared, like it wasn't just about the sale for them so they could get their commission, i could tell the way they treated myself and mum they cared. Like for example Darren would sometimes be busy and would send me a message that he would call me back but literally stop what he was doing and a few minutes later call me back. The point i am trying to make is Darren went above and beyond for my mum.So Darren, Helen and the whole team at Equity thanks again you guys are brilliant and my mum was lucky to have you as estate agents.

TrustpilotOne word…… Oustanding
One word…… Oustanding. Cannot recommend Equity highly enough, in particular Darren and Helen. It was not an easy sale as there were issues with managing agents etc but Darren and Helen went above and beyond to ensure that the sale went through. These people really care. Any concerns/questions that I had were dealt with efficiently and promptly and nothing was too much trouble for them. I have sold many properties over the years and have never had this level of service. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Darren and team. You were amazing.
