Zero stars and impeding sales of my business. My small business's Facebook Page and Business Portfolio were taken over by an unauthorized third party after a phishing attempt. Despite following every official recovery process Meta publishes, including their own AI support chat confirming the unauthorized access occurred, I was repeatedly told "we cannot resolve this at this time" and given the same broken links in a loop. There is no functional path to a human agent for this kind of business account fraud. Weeks later, the issue remains unresolved. The hackers are still actively using the account under my name, and I am now disputing new fraudulent charges to my card daily. I've provided this evidence, including Meta's own admission of the fraud, to an attorney handling a class action related to this exact pattern of Meta failing to help hacked account holders regain access.

Facebook is swarming with scammers, including some adverts! especially those backed and supported by a company called Digistore24! I was recently scammed by one with a fake "pope', which was backed by them! My Bank confirmed that this was a scam, but Paypal havn't understood this..also all these so-called 'manifestation programmes' are scamming, taking unauthourised money from me without my consent! It's unbelievable how they trick us like that..

From an initial good idea, Facebook has gone so greedy it has lost its attraction. However, the biggest issue is how they have opened themselves up to every scam and con there is. You cannot trust any of the adverts, though I am sure there will be some that are legitimate, there are far too many fake products and scam subscriptions that you do not know about until they start taking cash from your bank 2 months later. You can threaten them with legal action and they do give the money back as they do not want you going through the bank. Facebook will let anyone advertise for a price. There is even porn adverts.

A registered FB profile responded to a post I had made looking for something by pointing me towards their partner which is a scamming operation. There is no doubt this was a scam at all. Horrible UI/UX. Awful contents. Bad intentions. Money is channeled from the world to the US ("advertisement"). As our experience shows, one can set up an ad campaign and define a target group. However, this target group is completely ignored: Financial losses are systematically generated and the means are called "AI" ("Advantage+ Audience"). When someone intentionally and systematically causes financial losses, this is generally called "fraud" (to be confirmed by a court). When one contacts the support, they claim that they have just "switched off" the AI for the respective ads account. Then one spends more money, more money is systematically maldirected by the AI algorithms that cannot be switched off anymore. They are liars. They are scammers. They operate a fraudulent platform. They block you from contacting the support and their fantasic AI sends you the very same "How satisfied are you?" question 100 times in the support chat where staff members just lied to you - if you react 100 times and ask for human support: This is how advanced and smart they really are. I published you tube interview with expert of islamists terrorism. Not only i was not promoting terrorism, but i was rising awareness for existing one. I required review and report. None was executed. Basically they accuse of something unfairly and they do not take responsibility for their action. How is this human rights protected? Then comes the fight with paypal to get my money back. They too are remiss in screening those they allow to bill through the service. Made bookings with a specific staff member and they werent honoured and kept getting given to the the rude old lady. Also tried to get away with not doing a top coat.
