The property management team at Equity Enfield Highway are the worst I have ever come across. They never deal with calls emails or personal queries. They are ignorant and rude. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Darren, Matthew and the rest of the team have been amazingly professional from day one. I will be forever grateful for all of their hard work, patience and dedication. Our journey wasn't an easy one. We had a lot of set backs with issues from others involved in the chain. Despite all of this, Darren and his team went over and above to get things sorted and finalised. My family and I are now happy in our new home, which wouldn't have been possible without them. All I can say is thank you, thank you and thank you once again. Top quality extremely competent professionals who are experts at what they do. x

Stay away from them. We’ve been with them for 2.5 years and most recently they turned out to be lying to us and to landlord too. We pay rent on time and they keep hold of the money. It even happened that they didn't passed money to landlord for 2 months. They telling us that landlord request us to do this and that and then landlord calls and says he never said anything like that and he's happy with the way things are, apart from agency services as they been nothing but lying to him and to us. He will now terminate his contract with the agency. They even asked us not to talk to landlord so we wouldn't find out what's going on and threatened us that we have move out if he leaves the agency, which is not the truth. Lying manipulating group of people. Spare your time and don't sign anything with them.

They speak plainly and make you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. To cut a long story short, I am doing the happy dance today because a load of money just went into my account. I would highly recommend Equity and Darren, Kane and Helen at the estate agency. I was the buyer of a property that Equity was selling on behalf of a seller. The team are very approachable and go above and beyond to get the job done, I was always able to contact them and I am very pleased with the way they handled the sale of the property. From the start of the process, through to completion Equity was absolutely excellent and I felt very fortunate that I had such an attentive and dedicated estate agent managing the sale of the property. Equity was very communicative throughout the whole process. I received regular updates so I knew what was happening at all stages. I honestly appreciate your patience and expertise. The updates would come sometimes even out hours, which was hugely appreciated, particularly as a first time buyer. In addition, if I ever left a message the team would always follow it up promptly. I would certainly recommend Equity to a friend or family member. Thank you so much for helping me buy my home. I must say your knowledge and Kane’s talent for negotiation was excellent. I will be returning when I need to rent my property in the future! I am incredibly grateful that I had to deal with Equity as the sellers agency. Thank you again for all your help!

Fantastic team from start to finish. I felt a high level of confidence with each of the team at each stage. From Josh at the start to Kyrie selling my house and Darren throughout. Everyone responds quickly without having to be chased. Then Helen took over and gave me so much support throughout the sale progression of a tricky sale. She is quick and efficient in her communication. Most importantly Helen is friendly and kind. Helen is a huge asset to Equity. I would highly recommend selling your house with this team.
