GoogleI have recently rented a property with Entwistle Green Liverpool City and I dealt with a lady called Leah and she was brilliant, really friendly and professional. I have had bad experiences in the past but the team at entwistle green are really helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them.

GoogleHi all, My GF and I have just bought our first house yesterday and we felt compelled to review the service we received from Entwistle Green Dale St Liverpool, and in particular our agent Ayden. Genuinely wouldn’t have been in our place this side of Xmas without him - communicating with us, our solicitors, and the sellers solicitors so effectively and timely. Like most sales we also hit plenty of roadblocks. One in particular springs to mind with our leaseholder which at the time had lasted well over a month with no progress. We turned to Ayden for help and the *next day* the road was clear again. We picked the keys up yesterday at 4.45pm after another day of drama with the support of Ayden communicating to both sides - mission accomplished, I’m sure he’ll read this so thank you mate and have a well deserved Xmas break and NYE. GoogleI met Gale from Enwhistle Green estate agency at the viewing in Liverpool city centre very popular area. That flat wasn't right, but it seems that I met the right agent! Gail is a brilliant industry person, well presented, knowlegeable, understanding and reassuring - it is very important to feel that no nonsense honest approach when you're experiencing cviewings and have to make an important decision fast. Gail is the one who actually cares, I think this is his secret success factor. You can not fake it.Gail professionally identified my family's needs just maintaining nice small talk, and eventually offered me 2 other properties from Entwistle Green portfolio - both of them was suitable for a small family with a pet (this is not easy to find). It seems like Gail has a special vision to get you what you want! With Gail assistance I put an offer for one, and it was accepted very quickly, the manager was on the phone with me to confirm in 10 min after I put the holding deposit, it was after the end of business hours in the evening. The team behind Gail is understanding and considerable, I feel very greatful to each of them. If you need to find your new place to rent in Liverpool I would highly recommend to contact Entwistle Green dale street - I am sure he will win it for you like she won it for me.

GoogleOutstanding, could not have asked for a better Estate agent. When I sent a valuation query online, they were the only agent to contact me and show an interest in pursuing the sale of the house. A massive thank you to Gemma Randall and the team for all their hard work, perseverance and ongoing communication. Thanks to Ayden and Jamie as well who consistently went the extra mile to get everything sorted.All were very helpful and professional throughout the process. After a lengthy process with the buyers solicitors, the sale eventually pulled through! Would highly recommend Gemma and her Team all the way! I have nothing negative to say.

GoogleI used Entwistle Green to purchase a new property. When I had a bid rejected for one property then contacted me a few days later regarding a new property on the market I might be interested in. I viewed the property the following day and had my bid accepted. The agent I dealt with to compete the purchase, Jamie was very helpful and always available when I needed assistance. I’d recommend them in future for any buyer/seller.

GoogleI recently used Entwistle Green for the sale of a property. The team there were very professional throughout and were always available to answer any questions and to update on the progress of the sale. Jamie in particular went above and beyond in helping to progress the sale as quickly as possible. Having listed the property with other agents, it was Entwistle’s who generated by far the most viewings and were able to find a buyer for me. I would highly recommend.
