GoogleThe 5-star review is specifically for Danielle at Entwistle Green. There have been a number of teething problems with the property I am renting as it is a new-build which is still being finished off. Danielle has been brilliant at responding to requests and complaints and always follows things up with the management company / landlord (who are, unfortunately, not as diligent as she is!!). She is extremely patient and always very professional. Thanks Danielle!

GoogleThe sales team at Entwistle are absolutely brilliant. They had a great offer secured for me within days. Ayden really put the effort in to get my sale through. He was always easy to contact, kept me updated regularly and chased up the solicitors when we needed to get things moving.
Definitely get Gemma the manager to give you a valuation before you get your property on the market. She is super knowledgable and passionate about selling property. Her advice got my flat sold for significantly above what 3 other agents in Liverpool were suggesting as an asking price. Thank you!

GoogleGemma, Ayden and Jamie were all involved in the sale of my property.
From meeting Gemma at the very early stages, she immediately gave me confidence and I felt mutual respect and trust was there, which is very important to me.
Throughout the viewings process Ayden and Jamie were both very professional and proactive in giving me feedback from viewings and we’re also responsive to my calls and emails, again something which is very important to me.
I will be using Entwistle Green Dale Street again in the future.
Thank you to the team at this branch.

GoogleEntwistle Green in Dale Street have truly exceeded my expectations. They are proactive, professional and communicated clearly and effectively.
It’s is clear to anyone who use their services that Gemma Randall(Manger) Hannah, Jamie & Aden have the ability to truly help and guide all types of clients as they have done for me.
It is also important to mention that with their wide scope of offices around Liverpool and their connection internationally. It makes sense to use an agent that offers the full package to all different times of prospective clients.

GoogleMy husband and I have used Entwistle Green on Dale Street for many years. We have always been extremely impressed with their professionalism, efficiency and great advice whenever we needed it. We have bought property through Entwistle, and they have found us numerous high quality tenants over the years, one which stayed with us about 7 years. We would absolutely recommend Entwistle and had have a great working relationship with them, long may it continue!! GoogleRegularly deal with Entwistle Green on Allerton Road, was passed to their city centre (Dale St) branch to sell an apartment in the city centre. They were top class and everything that an estate agent should be. Gemma called me promptly to arrange a valuation at the property & she managed to obtain a cash offer within the first week of the property being on the market. I was then passed over to Jamie who dealt with everything between solicitors & did his all to get completed as quickly as we could. He regularly kept me updated and was well & truly on the ball 👍 If Only all estate agents could be like this. 5* to the Entwistle Green team - thanks so much 😃
