GoogleWe recently used EB to market and hopefully sell our property and they didn't disappoint. It had taken 2 years for us to decide to sell and the property we found to buy was a new build so time was against us with regards to confirming a buyer for our house. From the 1st interaction with Fraser through to aftercare with Sarah the whole process has been amazing and stress free. A buyer was found who had been qualified prior to viewing and everything has progressed incredibly smoothly. I would highly recommend all of the team at EB for managing any future property sales.

GoogleEnsum Brown, Alex, Abi and Fiona were fantastic from start to finish. They quickly sold our house (within a week of marketing) and although we originally lost the house we were hoping to buy, they immediately called us as soon as it came back on the market which we went on to buy. Abi and Fiona communicated with us throughout the solicitor process and kept things moving as quickly as they could. I would highly recommend them

GoogleNeil and his team have been fantastic in selling our house. The marketing is a cut above all of the other agents in the area which really helped to make our property stand out amongst the rest. Massively helpful in getting the sale across the line (and speeding up the solicitors) was Sarah. Sarah was absolutely brilliant at keeping us informed as to how the sale was progressing and towards the end when we were waiting for either sides solicitors to answer questions , she chased them constantly and phoned us daily to update us. I couldn't recommend Ensum Brown enough

As first time buyers, we had limited knowledge of the whole process, but we were supported the whole way through. Would recommend Ensum Brown to any first time buyers figuring out the process. Debi was fantastic at getting the sale/purchase over the line, especially on the day of exchange. We used the complimentary van to help with our move which was perfect. GoogleBy far the best agent I have worked with in nearly 40 years! From outset to completion of sale I cannot recommend this agency enough. Fraser, Neil and Erin worked professionally and swiftly which enabled a very quick sale and at each point we were kept up to date with viewings and offers put forward to us. Sarah Leach (sales progress) deserves a special mention and huge thank you! She worked with great professionalism throughout the progression of our sale. Always on the end of the telephone with updates. She handled the whole process brilliantly whilst always being calm and offering soothing words! She was instrumental in the painless, swift journey to exchange and I know my legal representatives really appreciated working with Sarah and her methods of chasing the chain! Sarah was always one step ahead and continuously in contact with our Buyer, our Seller, the Solicitors. I always felt we were in a safe pair of hands throughout the whole process. GoogleOverall we had a good experience with Ensum Brown. From the beginning we had a smooth process with the house viewing and they managed to squeeze us in at short notice. Ensum Brown have a very useful Faceboon page that allows you see check out properties that are soon to be coming on the market. The offer process was simple and well managed. Later in the process Sarah Leach was a great person to have on our side when our chain was stalling and really pushed things forward by hitting the phones. Communication is key and Sarah was always quick to pick up the phone and keep us up to date. Without Sarah we would have been totally in the dark and we are grateful for her hard work liaising with solicitors and the estate agent we were selling with.

GoogleEnsum Brown were superb from the get go. Initially I viewed a property with them then agreed to get my property valued and onto the market. Before it even hit Rightmove I had 3 viewings and accepted an offer above asking price. All very straight forward and amazing service from both Neil and Fraser. They both went above and beyond whether for my property sale or for me viewing properties that they had listed for sale, nothing was ever too much of an issue. I would certainly recommend Ensum Brown without a shadow of a doubt.
