GoogleExcellent service from the whole Team during the sales process. We now don't live in the area so Ensum Brown really did go the extra mile in sorting out keys, meter readings etc. Would absolutely recommend.

GoogleI can't recommend them enough! I had a few issues with my solicitors and during Covid19 things were getting very worrying. Ensum Brown really did come through for us and went above and beyond to help! Special mention must go to Alex Clements who must be fed up of my WhatsApp messages!! We got there in the end so thanks all :-)

GoogleCannot recommend Ensum Brown enough, in particular we dealt with Alex who was a total star from the very first viewing right up until completion! Trying to buy your first home in the height of a pandemic is stressful but Alex was always calm, professional, kind, prompt with emails and answered all our questions no matter how daft l thought they were with honesty and understanding! 🙂 Alex made weekly check up calls on how everything was progressing and helped chase things up that needed chasing! We could not be happier with how the process went and now we're in our home! Thank you! 😀

GoogleWe really didn't make it easy for them but the guys at Ensum Brown went above and beyond to keep our chain together. Always positive and easy to deal with, they really did care not just about making sales but about outcomes for customers and their welfare. GoogleDealing with Ensum Brown throughout the very protracted period whilst they have sold my flat and managed to retain the buyer's ongoing interest has been a real challenge to their skills and professionalism during these Covid influenced times within which we and they now have to live and operate. No request was too much for their sales progressor, Fiona, she made the process so much easier than it would have been without her guidance and support. If I were to sell in the future they would be my first choice of agent.

GoogleEnsum Brown were superb at selling our home, after the chain had collapsed on our previous sales, through no fault of ours or our agents. Ensum Brown achieved an asking price offer, and the excellent Sarah kept the communication going throughout the chain to ensure that we completed the sale by stamp duty deadline of 30th June. We are delighted!

GoogleAlex was fantastic throughout the whole process from viewing through to purchase and has also been responsive after purchase to clear up any small questions we have. Ensum Brown in general were responsive and transparent, letting us know everything that was happening in the process. We managed an offer to completion time of 7/8 weeks and this would not have been possible without the team at Ensum Brown, especially Alex. Googlewell where do I start, we brought our house that we were about to sell from Ensum Brown 21 years ago. I also sold my mothers property with them when my Father passed away and on both of these occasions they were outstanding. We have now sold our property with them and along side this my mother in law`s property, so a lot was involved and this was a big move for all of us as we were relocating over 200miles away. Once again I cannot speak highly enough of Ensum Brown especially Alex Clements the sales manager who goes above and beyond and never seems to stop (I think possibly a pay rise may be in order, credit where credits due ) the whole process from start to finish with the Ensum Brown team was impeccable which is just what you need as there is nothing more stressful as moving in todays crazy world. I would highly recommend Alex Clements and Ensum Brown for buying and selling your home. Many thanks to the team.

GoogleWe have just bought our new house through Ensum Brown and our whole experience with them has been excellent. Alex was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful during our viewings and negotiated our purchase on a Saturday morning so that we could secure the property. Fiona then helped us with exchange and completion. We had several delays caused by our buyer and a backlog at the land registry. Throughout she was in regular contact with us, the builder and our solicitor to keep everyone updated. Her advice, suggestions and positivity were great during this time and she helped us much more than our own estate agent did. Hopefully we will not be moving again but I would highly recommend Ensum Brown to anyone.

GoogleWe recently completed on our sale with Ensum Brown, and we were very happy with them. Alex, who we met initially and who conducted the viewings was professional and friendly and we trusted him to get the best out of our house. The sale was then dealt with by Fiona, who was communicative, professional and always reassuring; she was also happy to take on extra workload to relieve the solicitors when they were overwhelmed, to ensure that our sale went through smoothly. Overall a great service, trustworthy company and no complaints on any level! Thank you for making a house sale much less stressful than we know all too well it can be!
