We went with Andrew @Ellisons over other agents not because he gave the highest valuation of our property (he gave the lowest in fact) but because he gave the most straight forward and honest appraisal of the market, and our position within it. We actually bought as well as sold through Ellisons, and Andrew, Fergus and Martin were all very helpful and communicative throughout the process, making sure that there was continual momentum throughout our chain.
