GoogleWe purchased a property marketed by Ellison's and were pleased with the way they handled everything. Rowan in particular was extremely approachable and friendly and made every effort to make the exchange as smooth as possible even under difficult time constraints. He was very good at keeping up the communication with us and the vendors and would always go the extra mile to help and made a stressful process much more manageable.

GoogleWe have used Ellisons to both buy and sell a property in Rayne’s Park. Rob / Elliot / Rowan and team have always been fantastic to deal with. We had a particularly difficult buyer, which made the sale of our property a little more stressful than it needed to be. I'm pretty sure if it wasn't for the help provided by Ellisons the sale would have fallen through. Big thanks and would definitely recommend them if you in the area.

GoogleWe would thoroughly recommend Ellisons in Raynes Park. They were honest with their valuation, very quick to do the photos and get the property on-line and very efficient at arranging viewings. Rowan was fantastic at keeping the transaction going all the way to the end. Buying or selling your home is a very stressful process but these guys make things as easy as possible and we would certainly use them again. Thanks team Ellisons!

GoogleEllisons were great in their handling of my first home purchase. Elliot showed great resourcefulness and diligence throughout the purchase and made my life as a first time buyer much easier. It must be said the wider team within Ellisons were also very helpful in assisting in the completion stage. Overall, a very good Estate Agents that should be acknowledged when considering buying a home.

GoogleWhen we bought our last house, the agents acting for the sellers were Ellisons. We had a great experience with Ellisons as purchasers and so didn't hesitate to use them when we sold the house five years later. Rowan and Rob were both fantastic - they listened to what we wanted, are experts on the local housing market and managed the whole transaction seamlessly. I highly recommend them.

GoogleIn a soft market the sale of our house was not guaranteed. But we needed to sell or we would lose our forever home, forever. Rob and the team at Ellisons understood our desire to sell and made it as important to them as it was to us. Commitment to taking their own photos (when the sun was shining) leads to better marketing and more buyers. Rob's proactive approach, knowledge of the sales process and relationships with property professionals enabled us to get past a few survey and conveyancing hurdles and achieve a swift and satisfactory conclusion.

GoogleWe all know that Estate Agents in general do not have a great reputation in respect of integrity, so I am happy to say that Rob showed a high level of professional integrity. In to the bargain he worked to find a buyer for my home and also to find a suitable home for me to move into, being attentive to my specific criteria. Naturally I have no hesitation in recommending him and Ellisons, Raynes Park.

GoogleSpoke to a staff member in this Morden Branch and asked him if the property on the market with his Branch was ex-Council or privately Build and the staff member said it was Ex-Council build due to his knowledge & vast experience in this field, but his vast experience & knowledge was completely Useless, as he was Completely Wrong as the property in question was indeed privately Build and NOT Ex-Council! We know this as we own a similar property in the same Block of Flats . Just Shows Complete Arrogant IDIOTS working in this Branch with no knowledge of anything and refusing to accept when they are totally Wrong & Senior Staff members writing their own Brilliant Reviews Below????? This Company must be getting really Desperate for more Customers? How can you Trust this Arrogant IDIOTS who don't know absolutely anything??????
