Explained everything in detail and never rushed us into any decisions. Excellent service and honest advice

We are first time buyers looking to get on the property ladder and Elan Homes have made this process very easy and comfortable. We dealt with Jonathon from the get go who was really helpful with the information we required via phone calls and emails etc. At the viewings we didn’t feel pressured to purchase and all the questions we asked we answered honestly. Ken was also with Jonathon at the viewings and he was just as helpful, honest and friendly. Would highly recommend so far :)

Overall very satisfied with our new house, the sales team have been very good, most new houses have snags which need sorting, but fortunately nothing major, and problems have been taken seriously and items have been replaced or adjusted as required, my opinion of Elan Homes is positive, they aren't perfect but they try very hard to get things right.

Recently purchased a property at the Brook meadow development and we have been thoroughly pleased with our purchase and the service provided , Kate especially has been a big help chasing up and resolving any issues we had in the lead up to securing the property and nothing was too much trouble. Kate also regularly sent us updates with the progress on our property and helped ensure we managed to move in on the required date we very much needed and we couldn't thank them enough , Steve the site manager has also been a big help and nothing has been too much trouble for any of them.

Kenneth Bracewell-Murray -He’s a top guy!!

Kenneth Bracewell-Murray the Elan Sales Representative was fantastic from start to finish. Ken assisted us in the early days by showing us the site plans and explaining in detail how the development would look. This really helped us visualise the houses and decide on the plot that we wanted. Ken’s vast experience in this industry meant that he could help us through the process of buying off plan and he worked closely with my solicitor to get us in the house for the date that we wanted. From the selection of tiles for the floors and bathrooms to the choice of kitchen colour and worktops Ken was ultra professional throughout and a credit to the company. He was even there on our moving in day with flowers, what a lovely touch!

Great experience so far…

We have recently reserved our home with Elan homes. We could not be happier with the service we have received up to this point. Our point of contact was Ken and he was so professional and knowledgeable on the whole process. He took the stress out the process and made it fun and enjoyable. We were saddened to hear he is moving sites but the transition has been smooth and we have continued to be looked after. We are just hoping the rest of the process continues as well as it has so far and we look forward to competing and moving in to our new family home.

When we saw Elan Homes were advertising new build houses where we wanted to buy we were a bit skeptical as we hadn’t heard of the developers before however we did our research and despite a couple of bad reviews we decided to pursue purchasing our house with them.I would definitely recommend Elan homes as a developer. They have always sorted out any minor issues quickly and effectively.We have encountered issues (beyond Elan Homes’ control) and our sales executive William Grey (Billy) has been absolutely brilliant, he has always helped us out and fought for us when we needed it, he is a fantastic sales executive, always at the end of the phone and a very friendly face who will go above and beyond to help his clients. We couldn’t thank Billy enough for everything he has done for us during the process as well as after the purchase of our home. We would not be where we are without Billy’s help and support - he is worth his weight in gold! So a massive thankyou to Billy!

We moved into our new Elan home on the Mossley Gardens development in Liverpool in December 2020, and are just coming up on a year in the house.The buying experience was fantastic, and we couldn’t speak more highly of both Ken and Billy the sales executives who were so friendly and helpful throughout, and Ken still always gives a little wave from the sales office whenever we pass even a year later!And more importantly we absolutely love the house and are so happy we managed to get on to this brilliant development. Yes there were a few snags here and there, but we’ve bought new build before and we know there always are. Wayne and Peter on site however are always only a phone call away, and our snags so far have all been addressed more than satisfactorily.We personally would have no hesitation in buying another Elan home…..but then again we have absolutely no intention of leaving the current one for a very long time!

Do Not Buy From This Company.

House purchased from Elan Homes in Loggerheads. The sales rep on site has been consistently rude and very unhelpful in every way she possibly could be. She delayed my viewings, arranged for me to pay a reservation fee to her stand in who knew nothing about it and didn’t know how to take a reservation fee, then after weeks of chasing her she advised me it was too late to ask for any extras. It was too late because she had created consistent delays. A complaint to Customer Services was completely dismissed and disregarded. Buying a new house was supposed to be a happy experience. It wasn’t.Elan Homes Response below. This is a joke! No one answers the phone. There is a recorded message to leave your number and then NO ONE returns your call. So I reiterate, DI NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Mossley Gardens

We've been in our Elan house since March 2020 and have been very happy. The development is lovely and we love the communal green. We dealt with Billy and Ken who helped us move in smoothly despite it being in lockdown 1.0. Their customer service has been fantastic and still is! Of course, being a new build, there has been snags, but they have been dealt with and luckily nothing major. We would recommend Elan to everyone.

All going well, we are 4-5 weeks away from completion on our new home at the Mossley Gardens site in Liverpool, having reserved back in May. The Mossley Gardens site is beautiful and we can’t wait to move into our new home. We have been dealing with Ken, the Senior Sales Exec, throughout the process and a huge amount of gratitude goes to him. From the start of the process arranging an appointment right up until now, he has been attentive, informative, professional and friendly. Elan Home Avoid this company

We bought new ELAN home13 months ago. Tiles were damaged so a very disgruntled tiler came to replace them He and his colleague proceeded to smash the tiles with a hammer, this resulted in damaged walls and cupboards. Then two other ELAN guys came so now 4 of them stomping around the kitchen all over the rubble resulting in very badly scratched tiles. ELAN have agreed to replace the tiles 31 however they only have 11 that will match. The rest will be a close match. They have already put two unmatched tiles down previously and they really stand out Our floor will look like a chess board. You would expect ELAN to replace the whole floor as it is down to their neglect. Absolutely shocking!!!
