GoogleI can not thank Sandra, the estate agent who dealt with us buying our first home enough! We didn't have a plain sailing conventional process, but that was beyond anyone's control. GoogleEadon, Lockwood & Riddle dealt with the sale of my property in an understanding and diligent manner. They kept me informed of developments at all stages during the process. I particularly like the access sellers are given to the on-line Property File which summarises details of prospective buyers, viewings and bids. ELR helped minimise the stress involved in selling my property.

GoogleELR were brilliant throughout our purchase, they kept us informed regularly and were really on the ball at every stage. Towards the end when things were dragging on a bit they were constantly pushing to get things moving and were instrumental in getting us to completion. I would definitely use ELR in future if I decide to sell my home.

GoogleWe bought our bungalow and sold out house through ELR from the very beginning right up to completion they were brilliant they dealt with any queries or concerns straight away and in a professional manner. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and I can't praise them enough for their dedication. I even recommended them to my sister who has just sold her house with them and is waiting to complete.Thank you ELR for all your help.

GoogleBest estate agents I’ve been involved with. They saw through the sale of my property and purchase of another flawlessly. They were always on hand to help, very quick to respond to queries and sort out things that I requested. Excellent communications and a no pressure approach from them when they initially came out to value property and discuss selling/buying options. Got my forever home now but would recommend to others.

GoogleWe purchased an apartment via ELR. The process was long and arduous due to the vendor, their solicitors and other problems. At no time did ELR waiver from providing an excellent service. Ellianne was amazing, went above and beyond; kept us updated very regularly with phone calls and emails. We, and everyone at ELR were delighted when we finally got the keys after 8 long months. Would not hesitate to recommend ELR.

GoogleVery belated thankyou to the Team at ELR. This estate agency quite literally bent over backwards for us. I'm a young person who was trying to find a rental property, and facing a lot of prejudice from that comes from the stereotypes surrounding students. ELR, especially Catherine Denton, however not only helped us find properties but also went above and beyond supporting us to ensure we got to sign a lease. After 6 months of struggling to find something Catherine personally backed us to landlords, and was woth us every step of the way until we found the perfect rental. So many thanks to Catherine and the Star Team at ELR, and thankyou for supporting young people. Definitely a company to rely on.

GoogleAs always, when I’ve had dealings with ELR Bakewell it has been a pleasure. From valuation, organising viewings, going through the purchase process and finally moving to completion, Stephanie and Andrew always made sure we knew what was happening and endeavoured to make a very stressful time easier. ELR gave us by far the best valuation, commission and sales package from the estate agents I asked to come and value, and discuss their approach to selling our home. Their staff are great, and if you need recommendations for tradespeople they can always suggest one or two local companies. Many thanks x

GoogleWe would highly recommend ELR. They are professional, efficient and friendly. David went out of his way to arrange a viewing for us at short notice - we ended up buying the property! From there on, Stephanie in particular and Andrew kept us up to date and liaised with the buyer for us which made the whole transaction and move so much easier. Many thanks.
