GoogleTracey is really helpful as is the other lady (I cannot remember her name apologies). They secure many of the local properties in the desired areas, so I recommend calling to register for early notifications. My daughter registered and we were able to place our bid early and buy the desired property.

GoogleWhere do I start... Tracy Potter is something again, personal, professional and simply amazing. ELR were not acting on my behalf but even so wiped the floor with my own agents 2Roost who did not cut the cloth in any aspect. I cannot speak highly enough of ELR and how they made everything fall into place. I would recommend ELR to everyone who wants to buy or sell their property, the best estate agent and nothing can touch them. Thank you to Tracy and her team, I have made a friend. Amazing.

GoogleAs a recent buyer of a property advertised by ELR I can only say that we've had an outstanding service from beginning to end. Stacey in particular has been excellent from first alerting me to this property until its completion today. Stacey responded promptly to any questions I asked her along the way and really did go the extra mile with help and reassurance when needed. First class and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Even though I was a buyer rather than a seller they treated me with respect and kindness throughout the whole process. Not having bought a house for 25 years, this help and guidance was very much appreciated.

Having just spoken with Mr Rafiq, we've cleared a few points up. He appreciated my call explaining in more detail why his offer hadn't been accepted on a property, and that ultimately, we have to take the vendors instructions as to ‘as and when’ an offer is accepted.

GoogleMy previous experiences with selling a property means I'm always sceptical when it comes to dealing with estate agents, indeed after a few house visits and quotes from other well known estate agents my opinion didn't change, that is until I met Richard and the team at ELR. Richard clearly knows his market and how to ensure his clients are given the best possible opportunity and support to sell a property. The area ELR Rotherham focus on is a very popular and sought after area which means competition for properties can be ruthless, this can reflect badly on an estate agent if people don't get the property they want but in my opinion ELR are excellent and provide a great service and work on behalf of their vendor not in their own interests . After selling my property all paperwork and interactions were conducted in a professional manner. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is you can't give 4.5 and like the entire property industry the digital age has not been embraced yet, but that could just me getting frustrated with the use of physical paper when selling an house. I highly recommend this local estate agent.

GoogleOutstanding professional but friendly personal service received from Richard, Tracy and Stacey. We were kept well informed regarding the sale of our property. We found their approach very proactive and reliable. Tracy even sent us links for rental properties marketed by other agents to help us find a suitable short term home. We can highly recommend the ELR team in Wickersley to go above and beyond.
