GoogleCannot recommend Durden and Hunt enough. They were excellent. Amanda kept us updated constantly and in the loop which was great. They all made the process really smooth and stress free. Have recommened to friends already and will definitely use again.

GoogleI cannot recommend Durden and Hunt enough. From valuation, to exchanging the team at Hornchurch have been with me every step of the way. Matthew Clarke led his team, specifically Jordan through a year of negotiations and hard work to allow me to move forward. They never gave up and I can honestly say the whole team have been professional but also really personable and easy to deal with. I must add the icing on cake for the whole process was their sales progress manager - Amanda, she put her heart and sole into making this sale finally come to fruition, her hard work and dedication is second to none. Both the sales (Ryan) and the sale progression team (Amanda) were totally on the ball and committed to seeing it through to completion. We couldn't have done it without them.

GoogleDurden and Hunt completed the task very well from the first meeting about the sale of our property through to the end. Sale went through very quickly as expected from what they told us. The purchase of our new property was challenging (which was no reflection on Durden and Hunt) due to ongoing problems with other parts of the chain. However, Amanda Schiavi worked tirelessly to try and get it over the line despite the repeated attempts of PIER MANAGEMENT to thwart the process. Thank you to everyone at Durden and Hunt for your efforts and professionalism during the whole process.

Not the easiest sale, however, Amanda and Matt pulled it off in the end, showing professional tenacity through the process. Thank you for all your hard work. GoogleI am glad I decided to go with Durden & Hunt after trying to sell through Purple Bricks for almost 2 years. D&H succeeded where PB didn't manage to get me a desirable result. Amanda Schiavi was brilliant as a sales progressor and helped get us to exchange and completion in a quicker-than-expected time. I highly recommend Durden & Hunt and they will be my first port of call when I need an estate agent in the future.

She pushed for the sale to be completed asap. She made the process as smoothly as possible for us. She was professional and friendly, and we would definitely recommend her. GoogleWe started looking for a new home last September and found the perfect property with Durden and Hunt. We were unfortunate to have a previous property offer fall through with an awful real estate agent (Alter and Cope). We were also unfortunate to have a truly horrific conveyancing firm on this sale (WYM Legal). But thanks to Ryan (our real estate agent) and especially Amanda (our case progressor) we had full transparency of the process, constant communication and they were able to get us through every issue we had that came up. Our new home wouldn't be possible without them. We are so thankful to the team!!

GoogleWe cannot praise Durden and Hunt for their excellence service. After being unsuccessful with two other agents. We took our listing to Durden and Hunt. Their sales Agent Jordan was absolutely excellent. He showed a true and sincere interest in our property. His dedication to getting our property sold was unbelievable. He was an absolute joy to work with Once the property was sold we liaised with Amanda. Who once again went beyond to get our sale through as smoothly as possible. Both took a personal and invested interest in our sale. We cannot thank or recommend them enough Definitely 5 star plus

GoogleWhat can I say about this place other than I have nothing but praise. Big shout out to Amanda who has gone way and beyond getting a very difficult sale/purchase through the goal posts . Always happy to pick up a call and respond to emails straight away and I wasn’t even the client but the buyer! Very professional but also brought the personal and human touch to the process. Also a big mention to Ross and Matt at the Hornchurch Branch who were more than happy to step in when needed . Sell your property with these guys you won’t be sorry

GoogleFrom start to finish, Durden and Hunt have been exceptional. Amanda S was in charge of facilitating our purchase and she has put nothing but 110% in all the way. She ensured we had transparent updates and were in constant communication throughout the process and built strong rapport with my broker and solicitor, allowing a smooth timely purchase from start to finish. She performed exceptionally above and beyond her responsibilities. Jordan R was also fantastic, showed us the property, helped answer all our questions and kept us informed throughout. All in all a 1st class experience from Durden and Hunt.
