Myself and my Brother have found the both James & Amanda have been very proactive, always phone back, keen to get the deal over the line. Great conduit between the buyer, solicitors to source, pass & receive information required. Amanda is the lady to get your deal over the line, Thank you, Durden & Hunt.

GoogleWe put our house on the market in October 22, between then and March 23 we tried 2 different estate agents and had a grand total of 5 viewings. We called James Gibbon at the Ongar branch of Durden and Hunt and asked his advice as they were selling the house opposite us. They were there that evening to appraise the house and in just over three weeks we had 22 viewings and 2 offers! Not sure how they did it but we cant thank James and his team enough! We complete this week and couldn't be happier!

GoogleReally wanted to congratulate Grace on her professionalism and enthusiasm whilst showing us around two properties. Grace was friendly, charming and informative and this enabled my husband and I to obtain the information we needed about the properties as well as having the time we needed to make an informed decision as to whether we wished to pursue the properties further. GoogleI cannot speak highly enough of James Gibbon and all of the staff in the Ongar office who handled our house sale. James was always at the end of the phone throughout a very tricky sale and that was priceless. His experience in the industry is second to none that I have encountered and it was through his hard work and persistence that we got the sale over the line - at a price that we were delighted with too. Definitely the best in the business!

The service from James was second to none. He worked tirelessly throughout the Christmas period to help to find us a new home and made us feel valued throughout the process. This included making calls and following up on days off. I would strongly recommend James to any potential customer.

GoogleI cannot recommend Durden & Hunt (Ongar Branch) highly enough. We were originally on the market with a well established local agent for several weeks, with hardly any viewings. We switched to D&H, and had several viewings in the first couple of days alone. They sold for us just one week later!! Special thanks to James Gibbon & Ross Chimes who really went over and above their duty to make the sales progression run smoothly. If I could give 7 stars out of 5 I most definitely would. Thanks guys!

GoogleDurden & Hunt are exceptional estate agents . We were looked after by James Gibbon who managed our sale from start to finish with professionalism and care . No request was too small or too large for him to deal with. Our buyers even commented to me how good our agent was. Currently I’m never moving again , however if we ever do we would definitely be contacting James first !

GoogleAmanda was incredible, professional, and on the ball. From the start she was patient, understanding and always kept me in the loop. Without her I would have not been able to move in on time!! I Highly recommend Durden & Hunt, They are brilliant!!
