GoogleWe've only just started the viewing process but I did want to give a shout out to the wonderful George Davis - charming, very knowledgeable, a lateral thinker, who let us take time to view a property and then put a lot of work into researching background detail to answer our questions. Highly recommended.

GoogleMy partner and I have letted with Durden and Hunt for the past 3yrs and would definitely recommend their services. Niamh and Ben from The Hornchurch office were particularly helpful towards the latter parts of our tenancy.

Specially, Jordan was outstanding with his professionalism, attitude and he was really helpful and available for any questions and queries. Amanda also helped last part of the process. GoogleI wish I had used them from the start! Thank you to James Gibbons from D&H Ongar. I had an absolute seamless experience using your company. Everything completed in less than 2 months too, which is remarkable for a sale. Your transparency and professionalism will not be forgotten. if you are debating about using them, I can say they are better than all the agents I have dealt with in the past. Thanks againPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI’m writing of my experience with Durden and Hunt who have recently ‘attempted’ to sell my property. My ex partner decided to list our property with Durden and Hunt back in March, they came round and took photos and the house was listed on Rightmove. As a co-owner of the property I would have expected to have been sent a contract, made to sign a contract and agree to a companies Terms of Business before listing the house and as a minimum, been made aware of any viewings and/or feedback as a result of this. Despite numerous phone calls into Durden and Hunt, I only started receiving communication on the 6th October when I again queried for any updates. Prior to this I was only receiving feedback from my ex-partner. It appears they only felt it necessary to speak to him and I have been made to feel like a second class citizen. I was even in the property for one of the viewings and the Estate Agent didn’t even know my name. I’m not sure if it’s some sort of prejudice against women, or just incompetence but I have been made to feel less important than my ex in the process of trying to sell our house. All in all I have come away feeling extremely disappointed with the service the had provided.

GoogleI bought a property that was advertised by Durden and Hunt and by that time, through my failed sale and failed purchase, I had dealt with number of property agents. I did not come across anyone more professional and committed than Alexander Durden. Alex was greatly proactive and kept me informed of the status too. I highly recommend Durden & Hunt.

GoogleJames from Durden and Hunt acted for me in the sale of a property. He came late to a multi agent structure and said "give me a chance". Once on board James and his team (Louise) were professional and did everything they promised. Would recommend to anyone thinking of selling in this area to use Durden and Hunt who did an excellent job for me.

GoogleDurden and Hunt recently sold my parents house Carlo was absolutely fantastic helped them every step of the way despite being in lockdown we got it sold and the team at Durden and Hunt were awesome!! We can’t thank you enough for all your hard work and getting it completed so that my family can finally move on with their lives after having the property for sale on and off with different companies over 7 years. We finally found the right company and Carlo who was a godsend to us who got it sold so quickly for us! Thank you from the bottom of my heart we are all truly grateful! I can’t recommend this company enough they go above and beyond to meet your needs!!

GoogleI’ve rented through Alex of Durden & Hunt for the past 3 years and both Alex and his team are friendly and faultless. Nothing is ever an issue and matters are dealt with the same day. No need to chase anything. From a rental perspective, Durden & Hunt make the process very slick and easy. From a business perspective I own a building and maintenance company, DGS Building & Maintenance Ltd and we carry out maintenance issues for Durden & Hunt. They are fantastic to work for, invoices are paid on time and they are always on hand should you need answers from the landlord directly. All in all a fantastic business to deal with.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
