GoogleWe have recently sold my mother's house through Durden & Hunt in Ongar. I have found James Gibbon and Amanda Schiavi very professional and pleasant to work with at all stages of the process. Communication has been excellent throughout, and James and Amanda have been proactive and persistent in helping us to resolve some potentially complex issues. I have been confident that they were working hard for us behind the scenes in order to keep things moving forward. It has been a pleasure working with James and Amanda and I would recommend their services.

GoogleAmanda and Garce were superstars. Durden and Hunt are the best estate agent in Hornchuch, in my humble opinion. Grace was easy to contact, which is more than you can say for most. Without Amanda, we wouldn't be moving into our house this weekend. The fact D&H employ someone just to progress deals makes all the difference. I've used a few estate agents and this has been the best one. P.s - I didn't use their solicitor, opting for a cheaper option. I soon came to regret that decision. If I could go back, I'd pay slightly more, as it nearly cost me the deal. P.s.s Ross was also super helpful and accommodating.

GoogleWithin the past 12 months Durden & Hunt have acted on our behalf with the sale of two properties and my wife and I have nothing but praise for the overall level of service they have provided. One property took quite a while to sell due to numerous legal complexities, but we got there in the end. The other property sold very quickly and we managed to exchange and complete on the same day. Throughout the process we were kept informed of progress and that is something most Estate Agents just don't seem to understand how important that is to sellers. We would certainly use them again and we have recommended them to a friend who is also pleased with their service. Special thanks to Amanda and Ross for their hard work and friendly and helpful approach. Mark & Jill

GoogleWe can’t thank Matthew, Ross and Amanda enough for assisting in the sale of my dad’s house. We also can’t thank Amanda enough for chasing up both sides of solicitor’s in the completion of the property. We look forward to working with Durden & Hunt again when we sell our own property.

GoogleFrom the first time James arrived to view our property we knew we had chosen the best agent. He personally did the viewings and secured us a buyer in 2 weeks. Brilliant. Then Amanda Schiavi took over the batton and with great care enthusiasm got us over the finish line in super quick time. A big thankyou to you guys and would definitely recommend the whole team at Duden Ongar

GoogleOur experience with Durden and Hunt was nothing short of spectacular! Matthew's availability and quick responses during the viewing process were top-notch. Now, let's talk about Amanda, she was an absolute rockstar! Together with Matthew, they worked their magic, wrapping up our property chain in under three months, truly phenomenal! Amanda's exceptional communication skills shone as she seamlessly managed interactions with vendors and solicitors, providing constant reassurance and peace of mind throughout the sales process. A massive shoutout to the dynamic duo, Matthew and Amanda, and the entire Durden and Hunt team! Forever grateful for your outstanding service. Thank you a million times!

GoogleOnly positive things to say about Durden & Hunt. We were initially unable to sell/get many viewings with another estate agent, however straight away Ross from Durden & Hunt was able to get multiple viewings a week, and more importantly was able to produce a reasonable offer. Ross then continued to go above and beyond, as we are currently abroad, to assist further by making multiple visits to the house to gather information needed to exchange. We were then able to exchange within 8 weeks, with additional assistance from Amanda on the sales progression team. Set to complete later this month. Thanks guys!

GoogleRoss, Matthew and Amanda at Durden & Hunt have been amazing. I expressed from the outset that I required a quick house purchase and they delivered - it took two months (exactly) from requesting a viewing to completion and the team supported me throughout. I am so pleased with my new home... Ross, you went above and beyond and I'm so grateful! I highly recommend Durden & Hunt!

GoogleRoss was the best agent to show me around potential properties, informed and measured, not 'salesy' at all. Once my offer was accepted, Amanda helped Ross help me (and the vendor) move things forward and overall, I was impressed with the service.
