I got my keys earlier than anticipated and site staff allowing me access despite a busy hand over schedule that day.All the way through what can be a stressful process, I was able to have my questions answered, the operation of my home fully explained, additional items added and amended as I changed my mind over the ‘white goods’ I wanted, snagging was simple, the sales team were there on the day to welcome me and the site construction team (Ricky and Aaron) keen to offer any practical help I needed…took some of the stress away for sure.

Appalling builder. Customer service is a disgrace. Biggest bunch of lying bull sh*tters once they have your money. Other reviews say it all. Treats every customer differently. Over 300k for a house with a water logged garden that two dogs and a toddler can’t use. Snagging list for days that has only been 90% touched 8 months in, and when a snag is ‘fixed’ my toddler could have done a better job. Workmanship is an embarrassment.

After this, I was disappointed by their referral friends/family scheme. They never mentioned during any of my interactions with sales team or in any of the promotional materials. This resulted in me missing the referral bonus which would have been a valuable benefit.

Never buy a home that`s been made by these as they use cheap contractors who have no or little experience of how items should be fitted, i had 2 shower trays crack & leak when my plumber took them out he told me they were incorrectly fitted and had no support in the centre,i contacted nhbc & david wilson who told me nothing could be done and laughed at me disgusting when you pay top money and get cheap fittings and fitters

I would honestly never purchase a house through this developer ever again. Firstly, we paid for the highest spec kitchen as we wanted it to be a feature in the house. Turns out they tried to get away with installing a lower spec and through all the sign off’s completed no one bothered to raise it. We found out as our neighbours kitchen was stunning compared to ours.It’s half been resolved now, I am left constantly calling and asking when it will be finished.Second to that they installed the faucet off centre to the left of the basin on a granite top. With an amazing level of cockiness they stood in my kitchen telling me that is the only place it would go and putting it in the middle of the counter to line up with the basin was impossible.Yet the same neighbour with the same granite counter has his plum in the middle of the basin. Now we left with a tap that if you align the swivel straight you would just empty water onto the counter not even in the basin.The outside tiles have no method of running water away from the house, water either sits or runs back against the house and soaks in, don’t worry I was assured that is normal and houses are built to drink all the patio water.The kitchen counter top has been installed against a wall that is protruding so the counter looks skew against the hob or cupboards.

Quality of the house in the main is good, however there are a number of small superficial snags that have been ignored with no communication as to when these will be solved. In addition we are left with a broken washing machine and a garage where water pours through (significantly more than a damp problem or issues expected with a single skinned building). Poor communication and staff appear to suggest these issues are common/ not important.
